I checked in after 9 pm. Went to my room (227) it was freezing in the room I tried to turn the heat on and it did not work. I was already ready for bed so did not care to go back to the desk. I called the front desk 4 times with no answer. Then in the morning went to take a shower and never got hot water. The floors were filthy. The bathroom smelled. Not worth the money. Beware
