I booked a king suite several days before arrival. Upon arrival I was told no king suites were available even though another customer booked the last king suite the same day of our arrival. This was really unfair since I had booked several days earlier. The manger and desk person took over ten minutes to determine what happened and advise me of their mistake and that the room I booked would not be available. On top of that they offered me no reduction in price even though the room we stayed in was a lower cost than the king suite we had reserved. This rooms have not been kept up to Holiday Inn standards that I'm used too. Our tub and drain were rusted and very unsightly. The staff and facility are way below what customers should expect from Holiday Inn properties. In my opinion this hotel is one step above camping. Where is my credit from Holiday Inn or Orbitz? It's only $20 but that's not the point. A credit should have been offered. I'm completely dissatisfied with this below expectations property. Never again.

Staff were extremely kind and friendly. Comfortable beds and bedding and fantastic water pressure in the shower. Unfortunately, lack of interior maintenance and cleaning of property has left a less than desirable esthetic and appearance. The exterior is the only thing that resembles any other Holiday Inn Express I’ve seen.

Thin walls...could hear the blow dryer in the room next to me. No soundproof windows...could hear the interstate. Booked over a week out and asked for ground floor on reservation preference so should be a no-brainer. They put me on the top floor...makes me think they dont pay attention to requests. Good quality breakfast.

The indoor swimming pool was full of bugs and was green. There was a dead roach in my cereal this morning. Rooms didn’t have a hair dryer, tried to call the front desk, but the phone didn’t work, so had to go tell them their phones didn’t work and a Hair dryer was needed in the room. The room had a weird smell to it. The beds were super comfortable though, that’s the best part about the stay.

some type of tiny flying bug in bathroom. Captured one to provide to front desk staff. Bathroom needs a deep clean. TV remote did not work. They replaced but when they left the new one still did not work. Double layer window shades would be better. Given the current shade was all or none. A sheer curtain would allow for light in but the whole window did not need to be completely exposed.

Room door appeared to have been recently broken into. Door has recent repairs and there were shoe scuff marks along door and frame. Also, key lock and safe did not work properly. The sinks were not draining and TV remote barely functioned. I paid close to two hundred for an overnight stay. All was reported to staff and response was ,"sorry for the inconvenience". I am extremely disappointed.
