Tons of amenities for kids and adults. The 2 bedroom suite was the perfect getaway for the family. We will always stay at Varsity Club when we are in Tucson!

Very nice hotel, lacks amenities. Staff spoke little to no English and couldn't help with questions. Stingy on towels??

Our son is in the University & it's a great place to stay while we are visiting.. we come a couple times a year.. the place is the best in town. By far..

We had to extend our stay by one day for part of our group. Greg was very helpful.

Second time l have stayed. Really like this place. Everyone is very friendly and extremely helpful. Will recommend to everyone going to Tucson.

The suite is roomy and the bed is comfortable. The tub is very deep and large. Both rooms have ceiling fans and TVs. The A/C was loud and blew across the bed when it came on. I recommend using the ceiling fan.

The hotel was great but I will never use Orbitz again. When I booked the room, I had changed the dates to the correct date but when I confirmed booking the previous date was on there again and when I called them to change the date they didn't help me so I spent 80 $ for a room that I didn't need. I ended up using the room anyways since I had paid for it and it was a great hotel!!

This was my wife and my 3rd stay at this hotel. We always choose this hotel because it is pretty center to where we need to travel in Tucson and it has always been clean and roomy. Its nice to have a bedroom separate to the living room and a nice dining area. He have stayed at others where it is all crammed into one room which gets to be tight quarters with more than two people. This time though was a little less satisfactory than the prior stays. They room when we get in it had a funny stale smell. Its not until we turn on the air and get it circulating that it kind of goes away. I think we get used to it tho versus it going away because if we leave and come back with the air still running it was present when we walk in. The carpet also seems to be a little more dirty than we remember. Felt dirty on bare feet. Also the AC unit in the living room made a screeching noise every time it shut off. We told the staff about it and left the day to give them time to work on it but when we returned that said they tightened up the cover which had nothing to do with the noise. It still did it. We just shut the unit off at night and only used the one in the bedroom to be able to sleep with the noise. I did see an email about upcoming events at this hotel and one of them said they are doing renovations in the next coming months. This might include changing carpets and updating some of these needed issues so not sure. Overall we enjoyed the stay putting issues aside. We will stay again.

I came for a short business trip. Didn't expect the little kitchen area in the suite. Nice.

Great location, amenities and value. Near the U of AZ campus, Randolph golf courses, grocery stores, and restaurants. Nice pool and hot tub and kitchen and cooking facilities. Only downside is the noise from traffic from Speedway and Alvernon streets.

Super clean and comfortable. Felt very safe also. Great stay. We will be back!

Our daughter was in state tennis tournament. The accommodations were very nice and within walking distance to the Tennis Center. We would definitely stay there again!

this is owned by Diamond Resort Timeshares and maybe that should raise an eyebrow. They charge a resort fee for the pool, spa and putting green which are all closed, however they still demand that you pay the fee. Totally dishonest!

Many restaurants were near the hotel but I still would’ve preferred that the hotel had breakfast to offer to guests.

Overall my stay was great, it was from wed-fri. I didn't notice any noise except maybe from the street every once in awhile, but it didn't wake me up. Slept through the night fine, mattresses are firm but not hard. Pool was nice, 24hr coffee station in the lobby. My last night the water went cool and I mentioned it the next morning...they said it got fixed, unfortunately not while I was showering...oh well, didn't ruin my stay though. The only major dislike/concern I had was the area it was in...sketchy neighborhood not far from the ghetto, and people were walking around. It made me nervous because I had a rental and didn't want it to get damaged in any way. The front desk told me they had security that patrolled the lot at night and assured me everything would be fine. Nothing happened so I was happy with that. After 9pm you need your key card to even enter the lobby which was nice. I would stay here again if it was the lowest price in town...if there were another place in a little better location for the same price I would choose the latter.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable. Lots of space for 2 people. Good proximity to many restaurants, shopping and groceries.

Very nice, would stay again! Stayed in a 1 bedroom, tough on 2 couples as it had 1 bathroom to share.

Very nice hotel, but unhappy with being told upon arrival that we had to pay an extra charge of $10/day for use of the facilities. This amounted to an increase in price over what we had already prepaid.

The room grounds and pool area were so relaxing and comfortable.....the Staff here were especially great to us!

Great Hotel all it should be. Price more than it should be
