Beautiful townhome on the 18th hole of the country Club of Green Valley. 1,615 square feet with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, office, and a two car garage. All the amenities are included plus front and back patios for outdoor living. The home is a member of the Green Valley Recreation Club and for a small monthly fee access becomes available to multiple pools, fitness facilities, pickleball courts, and other amenities. Close to restaurants, multiple golf courses, shopping, hiking and less than 30 minutes to the Tucson airport.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Great property
We enjoyed our month-long stay. The home is well maintained. It is in a lovely neighborhood with sidewalks, which is great for long walks. The garage is an added bonus. Our hosts were very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.
