Great value for money. Well maintained hotel and the staff is awesome. Complimentary breakfast coupons provided with the adjacent grill - good options. Overall, it's a good stay.

We wanted something close by and my daughter wanted a pool. The pool needed more care, no one cleaned it over the weekend that we stayed. It wasn't filthy, just not as clean as it could have been. The hotel itself is old and the dirt looks wore in. The staff is very nice and the beds were comfortable. The location in Green Valley is great. It's within walking distance to shops and diners. I highly recommend you walk for food. The bar and grill with the hotel has awful.food. The free breakfast is not worth the paper the coupon is on.

This is the second time this year we stayed here while visiting my wife's aunt in Green Valley. Property offers a great location and good value.

This hotel has great location that could use a little more oversight by its manager. On a day when 3 of his cleaners were out sick and the hotel was sold out where was he helping to expedite this situation! He was gone by 3PM when new guests were arriving to claim their rooms. So we waited for 4 hours to get into a room while harried staff tried very hard to accommodate angry guests. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool is a joy in the warm environment.

Unfortunately, the room had a musty smell. Also, the neighbors above us were slamming doors and arguing. The staff was wonderful!

We had a great stay with many amenities. It is a great place to bring kids to use the pool. it is quiet for adults and has a nice restaurant and bar area. We enjoyed the farmer's market near by on Wednesday.

Great staff -- friendly, helpful, well trained. Everything is kept in tip-top shape, very clean. Comfortable lobby, and a nicely-kept 24-hr coffee bar is perfect for early risers. There is a very nice, private pool and spa for those seeking a little relaxation. The hotel accepts pets. The adjoining "19th Hole" restaurant/bar is bright, cheerful, and comfortable, with a terrific crew of bartenders and wait-staff. The complementary breakfast includes three choices from a list of dozens of items, and they are all delicious. Try the potatoes, huge, thick slices of perfectly cooked and seasoned spuds -- you could make a meal of these alone. The lunch and dinner menus are equally varied and everything we tried was fabulous. Especially recommended: the ribs, and the "Red, White and Blue Salad", fresh baby greens topped with perfectly-grilled chicken, strawberries, dried cranberries, pecans, and bleu cheese crumbles. M-m-m-m, almost worth traveling back to Arizona just for this salad! We've stayed here twice for extended periods while visiting the area on business; both stays were very pleasant. The hotel provided a good base for our explorations, and provided everything we needed to conduct our business. When internet service to the public lobby computer was temporarily interrupted, front desk staff graciously printed out our airline boarding passes and sent us speedily on our way. This is a great place to stay and we would recommend it to anyone.

Professional staff at reception. Restaurant on site.

Our stay was a 1-week business trip. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating, including faxing documents and printing boarding passes for us when the lobby public computer was down. There is a free 24-hr coffee bar and comfortable seating in the lobby for early birds to read the free newspapers or watch the sunrise. The best part was the adjoining "19th Hole" bar/café, which provided an excellent complimentary breakfast with many choices including omelets, fluffy pancakes, home-made cottage fries, fresh fruit, and hot or cold cereal. For lunch, several spectacular salads were on the menu, and for dinner, you can't go wrong with almost anything on the menu -- but you gotta try the baby back ribs in Cajun sauce.

The staff of this hotel are very accommodating. They are willing to help in any way. When we needed to have take out dinners for Thanksgiving due to an illness they were wonderful. We love the breakfast that comes with our room. Our only problem was to get a hot shower. The shower in our room would not produce hot water.

The location, pool, bar/restaurant were all fine for our visit while taking care of a funeral.

This was our second visit to this motel in Green Valley. We had a wonderful time, used the pool and enjoyed the excellent breakfast served in the restaurant just off the main lobby....and it is free! Choices from the menu with coffee and juice included.

Checking in and checking out were easy and accommodating. The extra bonus for us was the sit down breakfast. We were expecting a buffet, but got to be waited on and served and delicious plated breakfast. I would return for that!

We travel to Green Valley every few months and always stay a day or two. We just found this hotel and it is by far the best yet of all the other places we stayed. The rooms are spotless, excellent amenities, great restaurant and bar on site, terrific free breakfast, located in a very nice part of town. This is our place of choice in GV from now on.

Beautiful room and facility. Complimentary breakfast was a great meal not just a doughnut and coffee. Has live entertainment for special occasions. Good value, but slightly far from major cities.

I stayed here based on travel reviews posted by others and I was not disappointed. I was in town for the gem shows and the 20 min drive to the hotel was a breeze - direct and no traffic. I felt safe as a single traveler, there is a nearby post office to ship from, the in house restaurant is ok, the room was very clean and the hotel quiet which I highly value. The staff was friendly and quick to accommodate my requests. The location is easy to find and I would stay here again. Also very important to me - the bed was comfortable! When I stayed in another hotel in Tucson last year for the same amount per night the bed was a nightmare - so when I was looking for a hotel this year I paid attention to comments on the beds. I had a day to spend sightseeing so I went to the tourist center on Continental Ave. and got some really good recommendations for things to see and do off the beaten path - give those folks a visit - they will give you good info for free.

Very comfortable, wished we could stay another night. Great breakfast, order off the menu in a real sit down restaurant.

Rooms are nice and comfortable but starting to show their age a little. Refrigerator and microwave in the room is nice but the refrigerator is noisy sitting in the entertainment center - ended up unplugging it to sleep.. TV reception was fuzzy but watchable. Free breakfast in the 19th Hole restaurant was a nice touch and it was nice having table service and hot food. Would stay again on next trip.

It was relaxing and comfortable. The only bad thing that happened was when we first arrived and got settled into our room and started to leave for supper, our door wouldn't lock. We were tired and hungry, but had to stand and wait for the door to be repaired. But the maintenance man was doing his best and got the door successfully repaired so it would stay locked! The staff was very friendly there!

Easy check in check out! very nice breakfast pool itself was too warm but hot tub great! would consider using it in the future! :)))

First, let me apologize for the total inconvenience you experienced waiting to get into a room. In my three years here we have never had this situation, so short of staff. Frankly, I was here, but that does not matter. What matters is the inconvenience to you and we certainly did not meet your expectations! I so hope you will return in the future, so I can personally show you that we can meet all your expectations. I so apologize! Kelly Cooper General Manager
