Don't stay here! The staff and manager are terrible.

We spent 2 nights and enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good continental breakfast.

It was in good condition! The carpet and furniture need cleaning.

This was my first stay at a Vagabond Inn, and I was skeptical because of the low price, HOWEVER, I was very pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and comfort of this hotel. The breakfast was smaller that what I am used to , but there WAS breakfast and it was free, so no big deal there. I wish there was more than one washer and dryer because of the wait in line time, but then again, there was one available so I was happy. Overall I was very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again I the future!!

Had a very pleasant stay, with a nice room, a good contiental breakfast with lots of variety, well-located just off I-19. Had a good king-size bed, not quite my memory foam one at home, but doable. Large but kind of flimsy pillows. I needd to use both to get good support. Had problems with my card keys working until a clerk made new ones for me. They still didn't work for the outside doors. But I'd definitely recommend Vagabond Inn. Green Valley is very much a retirement community, though. They roll up the sidewalks about 8 PM. :)

Located in the perfect location for my visit to Green Valley, basically 10 - 15 minutes to everywhere I needed to be. Twenty minutes to Tucson airport and about 25 minutes to Casino Del Sol. The room was very clean, including the bathroom. Medium size fridge, about 30 bigger than the usual mini-fridge. and also a microwave (didn't use). The A/C worked great and was not too loud. Staff was always friendly and welcoming. They also have a decent spread for breakfast but I never ate there, did look good though when I buzzed through. The downsides were that the walls are the thinnest I have ever experienced, can hear everything! And the only ice machine is on the ground floor, which is a slight hassle.

Nice place , very friendly staff. Very close to all of our destinations.

We stayed for four nights. It was very quiet and comfortable. The hotel is off of the main road, but close to shopping and take out.

Clean Rooms - awesome staff - excellent location - quiet area

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bed linens were also clean and fresh smelling. Both Firm and Soft pillow sets were provide for each bed. Towels were very clean, white, fluffy and fresh smelling. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. Only negative was a stale food odor inside the microwave oven.

It's the little things that get me down. The room key takes 3 or 4 tries to get in. There's a "scent factory" emitting perfume in the hallway, and the window opens only a couple inches, so not much fresh air. The WiFi logs you out every 15 minutes or so if you're not continuously using it. And while the Breakfast Bar had some pretty substantial food (including eggs and sausage), they'd run out of coffee when I got down there at 6:10am, and I had to wait around 10 or 15 minutes till more was ready. I can't rate this place too low, because the bed was comfy, the shower was hot, and the staff was friendly, so the basics were covered. But the little annoyances left me an unhappy camper.

Well kept, very friendly staff, clean and comfortable.

Hotel was great until boiler failed and it took maintenance staff two days to repair it.

WE ENJOYED OUR STAY. IT WAS HARD TO FIND BECAUSE THE SIGN FOR IT IS PARTIALLY COVERED BY A TEXACO STATION SIGN. OTHERWISE EVERYTHING WAS VERY GOOD AS FAR AS THE HOTEL IS CONCERNED. RITA & GENE

Although it wasn't quite as close to the hacienda as anticipated this was a very nice, friendly hotel with a delicious breakfast included. My son and I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. After he finally mentioned the several $ he lost in the candy machine, the staff was kind enough to reimburse promptly. Couldn't ask for better service!

It's a little outside the city. If you do not mind a 20-30 minute drive getting to and from Tucson, this place is great!

We had a reunion there and with one car this was the best place to be. Everything we needed was in walking distance and the hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was awesome! The pancakes and cinnamon rolls were to die for! When we go back in 5 years we'll definitely stay at his hotel again.

Went their to move our son back to Vegas. Room was clean.. Only problem was the vending machine was out of water. Staff was friendly.

The hotel was full because it was bead week. When we checked in, the front desk informed me briskly that I had ordered a smoking room--and when I said, kindly, "My profile is for nonsmoking, I have asthma," she said briskly, "Well, you asked for smoking and I just gave away the last non-smoking, so you are going to get what you ordered." I asked if she could look one more time, and she didn't reply but didn't give me a room key, either. I remained quiet for about 3 minutes, and discovered she had found a non-smoking room. The room was stocked with decaf only; when I asked if there were any real coffee available, I was told "Nope--none in the whole hotel.' The next day the front desk told me they had "tons" of real coffee. Two small training issues--but not much of a problem considering the rooms were clean, the beds were firm, and the towels are larger than other, similarly-priced hotels.

Rooms were immaculately clean, indoor pool was nice, laundry facilities are on site, readily-available luggage carts, full breakfast, extra friendly and professional staff. Rooms were also larger than expected. Fast-food and gasoline establishments nearby and the next exit north had every store one could need! About 20 minutes from the south side of Tucson and the airport. EXCELLENT choice for those traveling to the February trade shows. The extra miles were worth the lower hotel cost and the exceptional peace and quiet!
