While the staff and condition of the property were totally fine, the room itself was not designed for more than 1 night stay. There were no drawers in which to store clothing or other items. The AC was below average. The room was always stuffy when we came in and when the AC was on it was very loud. Most likely will not return, sorry to staff that really were great.

Great hotel close to the reffkin tennis center. Very large king bed room. Breakfast was very good each morning and helped a lot with getting our day started. Bed was super comfortable. However lots of foot noise from the rooms above us and behind us. Wasn’t too disturbing but was for sure audible. Great staff. Will stay here again.

Room was clean. But we had to change rooms and really needed another one. First one ac didn’t work. Second room the ac compressor was going out and made a loud noise. These units are OLD. No clock in either room. Towels were fresh and clean. Hardly any hot water. I.showered in a hot shower marked hot to get lukewarm water. Staff very friendly and there to help. Breakfast was definitely bare bones. We like to stay at hotel that has a breakfast. Very disappointing stay. We will NOT be staying at a Hilton again. Too many good ones to stay at.

The room was clean and the staff was fine. However, the wait for the elevator took too long, the TV did not offer a lot of channel options, and it took 20 minutes for the water to get hot to take my shower this morning. Of the three, waiting for the hot water was the most frustrating. Thank you.

The shower was lukewarm, didn’t get hot at all. The hot tub wasn’t working, and I really wanted the hot tub. The elevator didn’t work well. After I was stuck in it for 5 minutes, I decided to use the stairs for the rest of the trip. The breakfast - nothing hot. Hard boiled eggs (over - boiled), cereal, bagels, that type of breakfast. No coffee maker in the room. Coffee and tea were available in the lobby. The pillows were pretty flat, but they did offer four of them. There was no dresser to store clothes. There was a closet, but really nowhere to put pants, underwear, etc.
