Checked in to a room which had a very bad smell, the toilet was in flushed dirty and had a live cockroach in it, the floor of the bathroom had dead cockroaches, there were dead cockroaches near the bed, went back to the front desk and requested a diff room, thankfully was given one which was ok, but that first experience left a bitter taste

The stay was not so good, first impressions at front desk there was no one to help me for check in so I had to wait for awhile for an associate to help me. There was a car on bricks with missing wheels in the parking lot and there is no security cameras in sight on the exterior of the property. The rooms are very outdated and run down. There was spiders in one of my beds and there was lots of cosmetic damages in my room. Breakfast selection is good but it does not taste good at all.

The room was great other than the musty smell when running the a/c (which is a must in the summer). Otherwise, breakfast was good and staff was nice. It is in walking distant of many shops, parks and places to eat.

Disgusting! Rooms are dirty and smells like cigs!
The lobby was clean, modern and smelled great when we walked in. When we went to get on the elevator to go up to our room it wasn't working. The entire stay the elevator would take 5-10 mins to open and then it would take another 5mins to close. Once we got up to the 2 level the smell of cigarette, urine and dirty carpet instantly hit your nose. It was so BAD! The room was disgusting! There was large stains all over the carpet, even gum. The entire room smelled so bad and was so dirty we almost left. Ruined our 4th of July. I had to leave to buy Clorox wipes and a candle just to tolerate it. My son stepped barefoot on the carpet and his feet were instantly black and covered in dirt. We were scared to get bed bugs. The beds and pillows are super old and uncomfortable. All I can say, is the pool was decent but even that was not clean. We spent almost the entire time swimming just to not be in the room. The whole night our neighbors in the room next to us had a braking dog off/on all night. The only positive thing I can say is that the complementary breakfast and dinning area was good and clean. I will never stay here again! I should of took pics of room #224.

We really liked this hotel. Appreciated the fact that rooms are only cleaned every 3 days unless you request it. Breakfast was excellent. No orange though, only apple.
