The breakfast was good and the staff was great! Unfortunately, we had to clean our own room durning the stay as in emptying our own trash and asking for towels!

This is a terrible property. The hall ways were stinking. The property is outdated except for decent looking lobby. We will not recommend this property to any one.

It was fine, room was clean, bathroom was dusty. One elevator opposite building of room worked. House keepers worked hard. Staff very nice, dog friendly.

Clean, polite staff!

The restaurant next to the hotel is amazing! And you are right by the zoo, perfect little get away

Carpeting in halls and guest rooms is FILTHY. Beyond dirty. Smells. The first room I was put in smelled like a septic tank/ men’s urinal. After a night’s stay, I was moved to another room. Carpet was still FILTHY but at least it didn’t smell.

This hotel was fine for a one-night stay for a family with small children. The site and building are older, but they seem to have taken care on keep things up. Parking was slightly limited, but we were still able to snag a spot.

Beautiful pool. My room was poolside, but due to Covid, the gate was locked to the pool. While this was disappointing, I understand. And it was nice to sit out on our patio (though it needed a little decor other than a table and 2 chairs... maybe a plant or some wall art). The hall carpet has seen better days and half of the hall lights didn't work, but they put out lamps to help. Our shower head leaked, but they fixed it right away. We saw a dreaded palmetto bug our the sink on the last day, but I believe that comes with this beautiful weather. Nice shop with toiletries, ice cream, beer etc for purchase a good prices.

Great stay, comfortable bed, friendly helpful staff

Stay for few hours and everything was perfect. Great service

Nice staff. The carpets in the halls need to be replaced. The pool and hot tup where a nice treat.

Our stay was nice and near to my daughter. The reason for our trip was to see our daughter.

Check in was easy and fast. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. AC worked great. Quiet through the night. I was let down over a couple of things, that I wish had been stated on website. First, you have to have front desk put you on a list for the pool usage. We didn’t want to bother and that must have been the same for others as there was no one in the pool. Second, the breakfast that is included was non existent! This was a big letdown. Nothing hot. No staff on hand. Prepackaged muffins doesn’t equate breakfast and again should have been stated on the website. One reason for choosing this location was because of the hot breakfast. A big disappointment. If Golden Corral is operating again, no reason to not have the hot breakfast here.

The property is not being well kept. The elevator was down so we took the stairs and the carpets are gross and embarrassing. The room was ehhh, there was a plastic spoon at the baseboards, a penny stuck to the wall, the pillows were not comfortable...just not as clean as expected. This was my go to for a quick night, I found a new go to while I was there. Bummer, La Quinta used to be affordable, but ALWAYS clean. Definitely an unexpected disappointment.

Pool was awesome, suite had pool view, cleanliness was good for age of the property,
