Upon arrival we were told our two bed queen room was not available and they were booked so there was nothing they could do.. we had to share a king, which was not acceptable. The parking lot certainly did not look full! The next morning we complained again and were moved to a room with two queens. Seems to me they should’ve upgraded our room the first night to possibly a two bedroom or two kings rather than us having to have only a king bed option

Good spot for stay over holiday

Perfect for a stay with near-by relatives over the Christmas holidays. Despite having to work on a holiday, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a step above some chains, but only the breakfast burritos were a little out of just "ordinary".

Didn’t stay in the suite I paid for.

We paid for a king suite and only got a regular king room. We originally checked in and they gave us a two queen room. We went back and told the front desk we paid for a king suite. The bed was super uncomfortable.

Room features not all functioning, so staff isn't checking regularly that fans work, or that all kitchen items are there. Our room was missing the ice bucket. Otherwise this is a great suite hotel for a good price and we plan to continue using. Free buffet breakfast is super.
