Dog poop all over the place. Great location and helpful staff. Hard to regulate the temperature in the room. Very clean.

Loved it , great set up, fully stocked kitchen

I’ve stayed in Hilton hotels around the world and have never been disappointed. This was a miserable exception in spite of its cleanliness and friendly staff. The mattress was so bad that not only did I end up sleeping on the sofa, but I’m still working out the kinks in my neck. Lighting is in need of a complete overhaul. I needed to use the flashlight on my phone to find light switches in the bedroom. The light in the bathroom was on a motion sensor and though maintenance attempted to reset the timer, while in the shower, it timed out every 40 seconds leaving me in the dark and needing to find something to move in front of the sensor. Though I will not hesitate to stay at other Hilton’s, never again at this one.

Checked in and parked in the guest lot. Was walking to the door and stepped down into an uneven spot in the parking lot and slipped on some debris. Limped to our room and already knew my ankle was broken. Got some ice and went to urgent care. Four hours later came back and got our stuff, our evening was ruined so we decided to go home. Went to the front desk and told the girl what happened and asked for a refund. Was told oh wow this has never happened before. I said I have walked though a lot of parking lots and stayed in a lot of hotels and have never fell or fractured anything. Was told she could not give me a refund but would let the manager know. I emailed the manager a couple days later after not hearing anything. He said he was never told about the incident and could not refund the room but would turn over to their insurance company. 6 weeks later no response other than they are still investigating. Not much to investigate, I slipped and fell on the property. Pretty sure they are going to ignore it.

great location in Tucson; quiet, safe, convenient. room was very comfortable, a great base for visiting the area. at least two decent eateries steps from the front entrance. right on the river with biking and walking; farmers markets on the weekend in the plaza. made our visit to Tucson most enjoyable.

Enjoyed the stay. Clean rooms. Nice facility. Will be back!

This is the first time we traveled to Tucson. We loved this hotel and especially liked the nearby walking trail. The room was super and the breakfast in the morning was great!

We came to Tucson for a wedding and spent 3 nights. Honestly I couldn't be more satisfied.

Nice new hotel great location hotel has been beautifully renovated The facilities and staff are excellent Spacious rooms and suites

Maid was sloopy by not replacing our towels and bathroom soap/shampoo and replacing stained sheets, however everything else was pleasant.

This was our third visit to the Windmill Suites. This hotel is one of the best value places to stay in Tucson. The suite consists of a living room, kitchenette, bedroom with a sink in addition to a full bathroom. There are two TVs. The pool area is lovely. So is the lobby. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. St Phillips Square has restaurants, shops, and art fairs from time-to-time.

Nice value for a hotel located near UA. We have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions and always found it to be warm and friendly. Some renovations are going on at St. Philips Plaza but do not really impact access to the hotel. will certainly stay there again.

It was our first time visiting Tucson. This motel was a good location and had a nice breakfast. We visited the Biosphere, hiked some of the trails at Sabana Canyon, and visited Tombstone.

Wait until next year to stay here. Very outdated- telephone my toilet in bathroom. Carpet old, furnishings worn- wait til renovated.

We chose this hotel because it's near family members and it has a reputation for being comfortable and quiet. Our room didn't disappoint: it was very spacious, quiet, and comfortable; the complimentary breakfast much better than average. No restaurant or bar--these can be found a few steps away in another part of the plaza. The TV works fine but is an old model. Our room had a kitchenette, and there's a Trader Joe's across the street for shopping; but we ate at the relatives' home. Highlight was a day trip south to Patagonia, Nogales, and Tumacacori, through beautiful countryside.

Great location. Excellent staff. Pool and spa were good. Breakfast could have used some variety (got repetitive after a week). Nobody blinked twice at two dads traveling with our son. All in all, for a family stay over spring break, this was a great place for the price. We would definitely stay again.

Thank you for your constructive feedback and for letting us know about your less than acceptable experience. We will use your feedback to improve. Our beds generally get a lot of compliments, I apologize the one you had was not up to your or our standards.
