Take advantage of Arizona’s over 290 days of sun each year as you hike the many trails, bike on the longest bike path in the country, golf on any of the six golf courses within eight miles, dine and shop or just relax in your heated pool and hot tub just steps from the condo. The vibrant Downtown Tucson scene is just an Uber ride away. Savor the local flavors and see why Tucson is a UNESCO City of Gastronomy, one of only two in the United States.

We have a charging station so you can enjoy the free Wi-fi and relax in the spacious living room with a flat screen TV. The kitchen is ready for you to brew some coffee or mix an afternoon margarita that you can savor on the balcony overlooking the heated pool and gorgeous Catalina Mountain views. We even have pool towels waiting for you!

The pool water was chilly but the hot tub was marvelous. The condo was clean and the owners were wonderful. We already talked about coming back in winter to a first floor unit. Our kids live close by so the location was perfect. Thank you so much for the wonderful vacation.

Nice Condo and Pool

The location was perfect to visit family at nearby Splendido. The condo was very clean, nice decor and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool and small gym in the club house. The hosts (Steve, John, and Rose) own multiple units in this community, and we had such a nice experience with them last year, that we specifically looked for their rentals again this year. We will definitely be back.

Lovely long weekend stay

We absolutely loved the location and the condo. My sister and I stayed in pure comfort as we visited Tucson for a baby shower. We had everything we needed to prepare meals. The beds were very comfortable! The view from the patio was also anazing! We enjoyed everything about our stay! Communication with the hosts was easy. They were very quick to respond and added a personal note to my inquiry my sister and I saved their information as we will definately stay here again.

Clean and comfortable unit

Upstairs unit is clean and the kitchen well stocked. This is our first VRBO where there was a sharp kitchen knife! Uncovered parking space is close to the unit- we did not use the reserved covered spot during our stay. Hosts respond quickly to questions and were flexible when we needed to add a few days to our stay at the last minute. We enjoyed the cooler evening breezes and views of the pool on the patio. Note for vertically challenged guests- the toilets and bathroom counters are lower standard heights. We had a comfortable stay and highly recommend this listing.
