This upscale 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home with a two car garage sleeps six guests. Enjoy the beautifully landscaped backyard with pool, BBQ, and stunning mountain views. Secure and convenient location in Oro Valley, close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, hiking, biking, etc. The office/den is perfect for those seeking a quiet place to study, conduct business, or watch movies on the high definition TV. High speed cable internet and Xfinity cable television is included.

Guests can relax and be comfortable in the whole house and private yard.
There is no smoking, vaping or marijuana smoking of any kind allowed on the property or inside the house. If you smoke you MUST go off the property at least twenty feet away from the house to smoke. Upon departure if the unit smells of smoke a $250 fee will be assessed for the removal of the smoke residue using a professional ozone machine.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker.

This home is very beautiful and we would stay again! The pool was fun with our adult kids and grandkids we had a great week visiting. Just a few things to know that are not listed that would have helped to know, the owners are storing there personal vehicle in one half of the garage, so there isn’t going to be room for 2 vehicles or a larger size vehicle in there. There is a pet fee of 50 per pet, that I still haven’t seen listed, apologies if I have missed it but I have checked several times. No biggy but nice to know up front. One other thing to note is the master gets the morning sun pretty early so bring your eye mask if you’re not an early bird. Overall this is a wonderful property and we loved it!

Great property in great neighborhood, comfortable rooms, well furnished kitchen, tremendous view of Mountains. Easy access to golfing, hiking shops and restaurants. The wonderful pool is useless in March - even when the outside temp hit 90, the water temp was 64- overall a great rental

Beautiful views and property

We enjoyed our long weekend at this beautiful property. A bonus bobcat came to visit . Property has lots of bird feeders which may be the attraction for the bobcats. Home was clean and well purposed for a visit. Strongly recommend

Nice home with great view

This home was perfect for our family reunion over Christmas. We enjoyed the view and the home is very comfortable. The only two issues we had was the trash bin was full from the previous guests and the ice maker wasn’t working properly.
