The staff set this property apart! They were all amazing—too many to name. We were greeted everyday with big smiles and wonderful hospitality! Closely located to the mall with plenty of eating options; although hotel restaurant was great as well. Wishing it was closer to our home so we could visit more often.

It’s a nice place to stay right in the middle of a popular mall with many banks, restaurants and taxi services at your service. Staff is quite friendly too.

Everyone was great, welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond . We had an early check out and they were nice enough to pack our breakfast to go. Rooms were spotless and big. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel with very professional and courteous and accommodating staff. Thumbs up to front desk manager Jackson Ngigi, a very courteous smart welcoming accommodating professional gentleman who checked me in and checked with us throughout our stay at radisson
