The country is having protest so all traveler could not get in. We were cancel the hotel but won’t get money back even though not our fail

Uncooperative, did not give some money back for Hong Kong protest

Nice stay.Convienient location for shopping and dining.

I was suppose to have a bigger room as per my booking, but the room I got was very small . Was very disappointed after entering the room.

The hotel has many things missing that I am used to: - No free Wi-Fi. You have to pay several dollars a day to use Wi-Fi there. This should be included in the price of a 4 star hotel -Beds are very hard. Woke up every morning with a sore back. - Only three electric plugs for the whole room. If you have to blow dry your hair or curly it, you have to do it in the living room area where there is no mirror and run back to the bathroom to see how it looks - The bathroom area is only separated from the living area with a glass wall and a curtain. If the curtain is not closed all of the way, you can see the people in the bathroom. If someone uses the bathroom in the middle of the night, the light illuminates the whole room and wakes everyone up - No ironing board or inor in the room. You have to ask for this - Food prices are outrageous. A breakfast with juice or coffee, eggs, a meat and bread is $20 a person. The dinner option is $40 a person for the buffet. We went to a KFC for breakfast every morning and feed my family of four for about $12 - The positive thing about this hotel is the location. Breathtaking views of the harbor and great location next to the MTR and hundreds of shops and restaurants.

Excellent location, near underground snd the mall. Very frienfly staff. We had cery good weekend. Highly recommended

Generally experience was good. Service always fast and i was upgraded to a corner room - essentially a junior suite. It was a little trek from the lobby to the room but not too bad except the elevators weren’t labeled clearly. Only blemish was the concierge who on seeing me alight from my taxi didn’t offer to help me with my bags instead he barked at me to get out of the way for the next vehicle. Maybe just having a bad night.

Next to shopping mall, good place to shop with a lot of good food around.

I and my friend did stay in the Nina hotel for two nights. The staff upgraded our room for free due to unavailable of the Non Smoking room is level 73 Floor which has very impressive view of both sea and mountain from the room. The airport bus A31 terminal is also just next to the hotel. This provides very cheap fee from airport to the hotel.

I very appreciate the Hotel Guest Service Manager Rebecca upgrade my room to the high floor facing the sea view with non-smoking king size bed room. All the facility is good. The staff very nice. I will come again when i next time travel to HK.

Very good hotel Cons: overhead shower wasn't providing enough hot water but when we switched flow to regular shower head, it was fine; room safe buttons worked inconsistently; outside windows were grimy so daytime view wasn't very clear; no free wifi in room or free local calls unlike other hotels we've stayed at Pros: very nice, spacious room; comfortable beds; I requested a room in quiet area & was pleased to find it quiet enough so we could rest; housekeeping svc was great; conveniently close to mall & MTR... We'd definitely stay here again

View is nice but the following items need improvement: 1. TV does not have too many choices and not working well. It keeps returning back to menu and paid channels selection. 2. Shower design is poor and water leaked to the rest of the bathroom floor. We have to use the mat to block the leak.

Hotel is right by a shopping mall (adjacent). Its a huge hotel that caters to a lot of mainland chinese tourists, so it is packed. It is your stop and go hotel. I actually got a room on the 80th something floor. The view was spectacular, never lived so high. Great experience.

L hotel is connected to two shopping malls. It is closed to the MTR and bus stations. It is very convenient for shopping and sightseeing.

L hotel is good because the guest rooms are good size and the location is good, MTR station is very close with 5 minutes walking distance. It is very easy to access to the shopping malls.

staff is able to accomodate our early check-in (7am)... decent room size, high floor with great view ! A good value for the money... convenience close to shopping mall and subway ! will return definitelly

Excellent accommodations. Very modern, clean and a beautiful hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They all spoke English well enough for me to communicate my needs and respond to my questions. The hotel has all the amenities anyone could want, is located in walking distance of many attractions ,markets and shops. Transportation is easy to find whether you want a taxi, bus or train. I believe If I ever have the opportunity to return to Hong Kong I will book with this facility again. The only draw back to this stay for me was that the mattress was too firm.

Location for us was most important and this hotel is near the Tsuen Wan West station which has a bus to the airport for $20 HKD and the train into Kowloon and HK Island. Also, some great local food nearby and a large modern shopping mall. Room was clean and comfortable. On a high floor that required an elevator change, but was quiet and had a great view at night.
