Very nice, clean, perfect
- Hotel room was clean but plain - Ok for a sales person - reserved this hotel because of location to Airport "AND" shuttle from MTR to hotel and return to MTR - never found shuttle from MTR station to hotel - walked around and spoke to many people for 30 minutes or more - ended up taking taxi - about 35 HK dollars - next day took public transportation to airport ( suggestion of Hotel manager) - bus stop about one minute walk from hotel - double decker -arrived at airport in roughly 45 minutes - excellent ride - will do this again.
I thought the hotel was a bargain. It was more like an Extended Stay hotel, and I was expecting a regular room and bathroom. The hotel provided me with a room, a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen with all the amenities. The wifi was great and the staff was extremely friendly. It is right by the water and the elevator that took us to our room was glass so we were able to see everything. There are four elevators and only one is made of glass. There was also a restaurant on property, a gym, a pool and a lounge area. They are not close to downtown, but they provide a free shuttle bus to and from the nearest metro station all day and night. It was very convenient.
All the reviews about this hotel not being the cleanest are absolutely true. Hotel and room look decent at first and then you start noticing the cleanliness of the room. I had a room with twin beds and both sheets as well as a blanket cover were dirty. The stains were clear as day. I asked for them to be replaced and even the ones they used to replace them had stains. Room was not well maintained. Table was dirty, chair and cushions had lots of stains and the walls had black dirt stains from end to end. The management really must not care very much so I will not be going back until I see the reviews improve drastically. There are plenty of choices in Hong Kong.
Was in Tsuen Wan for business so needed extended accomodations and this place was close to where I had to be, Nice property. Great people. Great shuttle service. No complaints at all other than the internet is pretty crummy from about 6 PM until midnight. Its sloooooooooooooooooooooooow then. Cuts in and out. But other than the internet, this place is a good bargain in Hong Kong.
