Brand-new beach-themed townhome offering a pristine desert escape with a private hot tub fed by natural mineral hot springs. Feel the therapeutic waters melt away tension under New Mexico's starry skies.
Every element is new=from high-quality furnishings to thoughtfully designed spaces. Part of our exclusive four-unit Tranquil Springs property, Unit A provides both community and privacy. A truly peaceful retreat where you can relax and renew.

The Space:
Enjoy our brand-new townhome (completed and furnished May 2025!). Features an open living area, full kitchen, and half bath downstairs with bedroom and full bathroom upstairs. Note: the bedroom has no door, making this ideal for couples or close travel companions.

Your private backyard includes a hot tub fill with Truth or Consequences' famous natural hot springs water, surrounded by an 8ft privacy fence. Relax on the loungers perfect for basking in the desert sun or stargazing under clear New Mexico skies.

Guest Access:
Guest's have full, private, exclusive access to the townhome and backyard. There is a large parking area in front of the townhome.

Other things to note:
Since the hot tub is fed by natural hot springs water it is normal to see some sediment in the bottom of the tub. The water is fresh and clean and changed out between every stay.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features 1.5 bathrooms and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a dishwasher, and an oven.

Beautifully Perfect

From begging to end, our stay was absolutely amazing. The property is so beautiful and perfect in every way! Cute little entry to the property, with an amazing back yard that includes a well kept hot tub and a great little area to sit back and watch wind after spending the day out on the water. The kitchen is well equipped, with pots and pans, silverware and all of the utensils that you’ll need for your stay. Perfect living area with a couch and love seat and a 65”/75” TV that includes all of your apps to kick back and watch a great movie. The couch folds out into a comfortable queen size bed and there is still plenty of space to walk in and around it. Upstairs there is a beautiful bedroom with a nice size bed, a TV and a washer/dryer combo that you can use to clean all of your clothes after a long weekend. There is also a really cool bar type area with a wine/drink fridge that illuminates blue and looks really cool at night. As you pass the bar, you notice a cute little outdoor patio that you can sit at and have coffee in the mornings. To the side of that is a well thought of little office area that is away from all of the distraction and a great little area to take some time and get some work done or some emails sent out to satisfy your busy work life. The bathroom is wonderful and perfectly set up with a beautiful shower area with a shower head that makes you feel like your taking a shower at the lake. We had a great stay absolutely recommend and will be back!

Weekend lake getaway

This property is perfect for my family and me. It was cozy and very clean. My family consist of my 2 children 11 n 12 my wife, my self and our two frenchies. We fit perfectly 2 bathrooms is always a must. Our host was very attentive and friendly. Thank you for the stay.
