The apartment when entering has a long hallway leading through to two bedrooms, Main bathroom and a utility room with Washing Machine, ironing board etc.
The apartment has two bedrooms (1 x king, 1 x double). A main bathroom and an ensuite to the Master room.
Both rooms have USBc and Apple lightning cables pre- installed into the side tables. Both rooms have Smart TV's and complimentary Netflix and Amazon Prime. There is a chest of drawers in both rooms and the master benefits from a wardrobe.
Leading upstairs, you have a small office area ideal for anybody wishing to work from the apartment.
The kitchen is well equipped with electric fan oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, microwave, and built in dishwasher. The living area is complete with smart LED TV and free Wi-Fi, four seater dining chair and table, and 2 x two seater sofas for your comfort.

The flat was clean and tidy. It is walking distance to Maplas which is a cute village you might otherwise miss. Also close to a park and cricket pitch. Bit of a walk to downtown Truro (20 mins ish?) but not bad.

Excellent base for a long weekend in Truro
The property is spotlessly clean, bright and well equipped. Beds are comfortable. The living area and kitchen are quite spacious. TV has wide selection of channels. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked a roast chicken for Sunday lunch. The only thing missing was a corkscrew but we have left one. On site parking is provided but if you have no car it is an 20 minute walk into town. Overall very good.
