LIVING

Cowlands has a spacious open plan kitchen/living/dining area. The sitting room has a gas feature fireplace and comfortable furniture, with a door onto the private garden. Here you’ll find a Smart TV, Roberts Radio, books and board games. A hallway leads from the living area to a first floor ensuite bedroom whilst a staircasefrom the dining area leads down to two further bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor.

EATING

The dining kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker with double oven and induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and modern cookware, tableware and cookbooks. A washing machine and dryer are located in an adjoining walk in laundry cupboard.

SLEEPING

There are three bedrooms, on the ground floor, a double bedroom with king size bed and a twin bedroom with a zip link super-king (available upon request ). On the first floor there is a twin bedroom room with a zip link super-king (available on request).

BATHING

Downstairs, there is a family bathroom which has a bath with overhead shower, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail. Upstairs there is an ensuite shower, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail to the twin bedroom.
