Charming farmhouse nestled within the breathtaking Uwharrie National Forest!

This fully renovated gem sits on an expansive 44 acre property, offering a serene escape. With 3 cozy bedrooms, our farmhouse comfortably accommodates families and small groups looking for a tranquil retreat. The interior is thoughtfully designed, featuring modern amenities and rustic charm that blend seamlessly. Three smart TVs, and fiber optic internet ensure you stay connected and entertained. Fire pit, adirondack chairs and a twin swing bed allow for relaxing outdoors, or for the more active folks take a hike on our hiking trail to the pond or pan for gold in the creek. You can even search for arrowheads. The Uwharrie Indians frequented this area and there are plenty of arrowheads to be found if you have the eagle eye.

The property backs to the Uwharrie National Forest and is in close proximity to all that the Uwharrie area has to offer to include Badin Lake for boating and fishing. Bridal trails in the National Forest and Morrow Mountain State Park for equestrians. The Uwharrie river for canoeing, kayaking, and tubing. OHV riding (ATV's, jeeps, motorcycles etc) and more!

Coming Soon! - We will be adding a barn and paddock to allow you to bring along up to 3 horses.

Overall Great Stay!

Overall we had a great stay! The pictures were accurate to appearance and amenities provided were great! My only “issue” was that there was a bit of a dog smell to the house and areas like the couches/rugs had visible dog hair, otherwise it was clean. It was definitely a cozy and welcoming house and beautifully surrounded by nature.The Host was also very pleasant and easy to communicate with for the whole booking and checking in/out process.

Great house close to all the Badin Lake activities. Updated home with a well equipped kitchen, new beds, furniture etc... Really great outdoor spaces with grill, swinging day bed and lots of lounge chairs.

Clean, convenient and great space

House was exactly what we needed - close proximity to Badin Lake, clean, easy to access and with comfortable beds. The host was helpful and quick to respond to questions. Others have mentioned proximity to the road, and while the house is right off the highway, there is great tree cover and we didn’t find the noise from passing traffic bothersome.
