Appartement conforme à la description et propre, accès à la plage facilement réalisable à pied. Ambiance calme, la climatisation a été appréciée dans les chambres WiFi présente.Proche de très belles plages et lieu en voiture.Propriétaire très gentils Seul petit bémol eau chaude pas présente eau uniquement tiède et longue à venir.

Très bon emplacement proche de tout: plage, boulangerie, commerce..Cadre avec un magnifique jardinMais Pas confortable : lits qui grincent, table extérieur avec assise fixe et éloignée de la table , assise dure, salon de jardin à l intérieurPeu d équipements : seulement 2 verres à pied, peu de vaisselle., pas de boule à thé , pas de glacière pour les pique niqueSeulement une serviette de toilette par personneLogement pour 5 personnes mais seulement 4 couchagesL eau chaude solaire ne fonctionnait pas mais le propriétaire a réglé le problème L entretien de jardin est très bruyant et dure longtemps: prévoir de s absenter car cela dure la journée Sinon belles vacances

Schöne Unterkunft in guter Lage

Die Unterkunft ist genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Der Eigentümer ist nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist gut, man hat alles nötige in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Allerdings ist der Verkehr auf den umliegenden Hauptstraßen zur Hauptverkehrszeit recht dicht, weswegen sich Staus bilden können. Die Unterkunft selbst liegt nah an der Straße, ist optisch aber gut abgeschirmt und man hört keinen Straßenlärm.

Malgré une procédure d’entrée un peu trop « précise » ( j’ai bien cru que nous allions devoir compter les fourchettes) notre hôte nous a bien accueilli avec quelques attentions. La propreté était un peu limite. L’emplacement était idéal. Par contre la maison est en bordure de route : un peu de nuisances sonores. Le remboursement de la caution a été faite après réclamation auprès d’Abritel : un peu de retard. Mais dans l’ensemble, bon séjour.

Tout y est bien pensé.

Nous étions trois et nous avons occupé l'appartement du haut pendant 2 semaines. Propre et fonctionnel, proche des commerces essentiels et de la plage (500 m), cet appartement bien agencé est idéal pour de courtes vacances mais également pour des séjours plus longs. Un parking privé, un grand jardin, une grande terrasse, un accueil au top, un changement de literie après la première semaine, une climatisation dans chaque chambre, bref tous les ingrédients pour de belles vacances.

Nous avons loué le logement 9 jours, le séjour a été très agréable. La location était très propre, il ne manquait rien. La location est située dans un endroit calme. Le propriétaire est d’une gentillesse remarquable et surtout très arrangeant. Après un long voyage nous avons eu la surprise d’avoir au réfrigérateur des rafraîchissements. À refaire dans aucun doute et surtout je vous conseille cette location les yeux fermés.

Encore de belles vacances !

La maison est très propre et fonctionnelle, à 5 mn à pied de la plage de l'Anse à l'Ane et nous étions au rez-de-chaussée. Le jardin est entretenu régulièrement par un jardinier venu durant notre séjour tondre et tailler les diverses plantes qui ne tarderont pas à être magnifique. Le propriétaire est sympathique et arrangeant. Bref, nous avons été très satisfait et recommandons ce lieu.
