One of the bedrooms features a snug full bed topped with new memory foam mattress, designed for utmost comfort. The second bedroom offers a cozy single bed. And, there is one bathroom with a tub. The property has a level landscape, ensuring easy access and off-street parking.

You enter the home through the side door - there is a ramp and steps. This entrance guides you through the mud/laundry room and into the heart of the home—the kitchen. Here, a wealth of amenities awaits, including a new fridge with an ice maker, a microwave, stove, oven, and even a crockpot, catering to your every need. You also have a washer and dryer on-site.
