The jacuzzi alone is worth the stay here! By far the best we’ve ever been in, and (no offense) in Eureka of all places!
Nice hotel in the centre of Eureka, great for 1 or 2 nights
Enjoyed 24/7 coffee and hot breakfast every morning.
This property was doing some remodeling, yet it was quiet, comfortable, and safe. Our room was better than we expected it to be.
Shower had black hair on the floor (I have silver colored hair). Floor appeared dirty. Mentioned it to front desk...next day there was no improvement. Maid service one day was quite late--- like 3pm or so. WiFi was next to useless. I called the desk for assistance and was referred to an 800 number ...
room was dirty and very loud wasnt as expected from this hotel
The complimentary breakfast was a joke - bagels and waffles in an air-sealed bag - no juice. What's worse, they are going through some renovation, at least on the ground floor. I could see a toilet sitting on the floor in one of the rooms. The place wreaks of faeces - wonder if the drain was plugged ...
Horrible. Only stayed an hour and decided to leave. Lots of riff raff hanging out in the parking lot, some clearly live out if the rooms there. Loud, rude, and disruptive. Definitely not a hotel for someone travelling. Stay away!
