I think it was a little pricey for the room and amenities that was available. Disappointed no shuttle service, no breakfast included.
The staff were terrible and unprofessional, the property was dirty, not updated, the AC was old and noisy. The never cleaned the room once during our 3 days.

The pool looked dirty and wasn't as pictured. Front desk wasn't that helpful. I left a message they never replied back. When checking out he was talking with a co worker while i just stood there waiting for my paperwork. Bell desk was very helpful.
I have been there before, and had no other option then to stay here again due to Covid as some other preferred hotels were closed. Cleaning was done 3 times in 7 days, for the second room I rented 0 times in 5 days. Wires of TV stick out, tv not leveled, Bathroom furniture corroded. Lot of noise of locals having party in their room. on Covid safety. good job! also Inhouse Kitchen with room service.
Very comfortable room. The only addition that would be nice is a small refrigerator. The room was very clean but the hallway could use some work. The staff was very pleasant.

The room was recently remodeled and beautiful but the rooms and hallway always smelled damp. All the old structure was in tact. The bathroom door wasnt closing so maintenance had to come fix it. The pool area and food was great! Only downside was the smell from the dampness in the hallway...

Water was feelingfunny on skin and when iwashed my mouth. Had visit from mosquito. There was no sweets on my pillow and no fruit basket on checkin.
This was my third visit to the Radisson. I chose this hotel initially because of its location and reasonable cost. Each time, I have appreciated the high level of customer service. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Food from room service as well as in the restaurant is tasty, portions are generous, cost is reasonable. The variety of offerings in the restaurant buffet, both breakfast and lunch, are impressive. Offerings include both local cuisine and more traditional fare. I plan to return to the Radisson later this year.
Great location. Comfortable beds. Spacious room. Great pool area. This hotel needs to be bombed and rebuilt. The floor and sleeping room smelled dingy and moldy and had no fresh air coming into the rooms. I had a headache anytime in the hotel and had to spend as much time outside as possible. Had a room change on last night but had to take Advil. I feel much better now that I am no longer there. Concierge is really front desk staff. Did not eat at this hotel.
