Location was great, view was pretty. Trinidad in general was a very cute town with an amazing restaurant. Couch needs to be replaced or needs covers on it, we did not hangout in the living room because the couch was pretty dirty. There were people chopping wood until midnight.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was spotless and very well cared for. The beds were incredibly comfortable — we all slept so well. It truly had everything we needed and felt like a home away from home. The view of Moonstone Beach was absolutely beautiful and made our mornings and evenings extra special. Great restaurant just below. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay on the coast!

This is a great place to stay. We enjoyed our time there. The only issue we encountered were ants in the kitchen and living area. We brought this to the property manager's attention while we were there and their solution was to drop off liquid ant bait traps with the expectation that the customer open and set these out. We did not find this to be a great solution as we were on vacation celebrating our anniversary and should not have had to deal with pest control issues. They need to consider hiring a regular pest control service to eliminate this problem. It seemed to be a known problem as there were older ant traps already inside the home.

Fantastic Redwoods Retreat!

So happy with this stay. Planned a trip to the Redwoods and this was a fantastic home base. Short trips to many trailheads, Trinidad’s downtown is so cute to grab necessities, coffee, sandwiches, etc. and Moonstone Grill down the street (1 min drive) is a great spot for dinner. The house was very clean, comfy couch, and so much natural light! Would absolutely recommend.
