Finnstown Castle Hotel

Charming, historic and beautiful!!

We loved staying at Finnstown! The grounds are stunning as you approach. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The restaurant offers an amazing variety of delicious options. The bar stays open late. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Ashbourne House Hotel

Nice hotel relatively close to Dublin Airport.

We stayed here the night before we flew back to the States, and it was comfortable. Check in was easy, and paying up front made our check out a complete breeze, as we were headed to the airport. The staff was friendly, attentive and responsive.

Newgrange Hotel

SO disappointed

This was the most expensive place per night we stayed during our trip. With the smallest room, right next to the elevator. There was a wedding party booked for the evening that filled the hotel. No other rooms available and so we couldn't relocate. Elevator busy ALL night. Guests partied ALL night. When we checked in, we told Reception we needed to check out early (6 a.m.) They offered croissants and coffee to be ready for us for which we were grateful. But when we went to Reception at 6 a.m. there was nobody there. We waited 20 minutes. Walked everywhere looking for ANYone...and couldn't find anyone but the drunks from the party the night before. So we had to leave for airport so we wouldn't miss our flight. We were so disappointed.

Trim Castle Hotel

Nice Hotel in a Great Location

We spent one night in Trim Castle Hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel staff was very efficient and friendly. The castle is across the street with a nice walking trail to enjoy.
