Stylish design studio with old belly arms, parquet floorboards, high stucco ceilings, open sandstone wall and green courtyard. Fully equipped kitchen, luxury bathroom, King Sized bed, W-Lan, LED TV, Workspace, private terrace with seating.

We have lovingly renovated our house for a long time and we now open it for guests. The design studios are located in a beautiful courtyard and provide peace and privacy. That's why we give our apartments the name "The Backyard".

Our house is just a few hundred meters between the Roman monument Porta Nigra as a gateway to the pedestrian area and the Moselle with the Romanesque old fishing district Zurlauben. The Merianstrasse is a traffic-calmed residential street with many monument-protected buildings from the turn of the 19th / 20th century. Century. From here, the guest can explore the city on foot and visit numerous, beautiful restaurants.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Ein wirklich tolles Apartment,sehr schick und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.Mehrere frische Blumensträuße erwarten den Gast,ebenso ein bereits gefüllter Kühlschrank.Alle Artikel des täglichen Gebrauchs in Bad und Küche,wie Spüli-Tabs oder Küchenrolle etc.,sind in ausreichender Menge vorhanden! Es ist ein sehr gastfreundliches Haus, in dem Anfragen schnell und unkompliziert beantwortet werden.Total zu empfehlen.

Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohn-Schlafraum, Küchenzeile und modernem Bad und einer kleinen Aussenterrasse. Sie ist sehr stilvoll, modern und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sie ist verkehrsgünstig und zentral gelegen, trotzdem erstaunlich ruhig in einer begrünten Anliegerstrasse.

Juwel im Herzen von Trier

Wie die Fotos schon erahnen lassen, hat Familie Frank hier mit viel Liebe 2 Studios erbaut, die nur 10 Fußminuten von der Porta entfernt sind. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr großzügig mit hohen Decken, einem modernen Bad mit Regendusche und einer komplett eingerichteten Küche ( Herd, Ofen mit Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Nespresso Kaffeemaschine und Milchaufschäumer,etc.) . Dazugehörig ist eine kleine Terrasse in Ostausrichtung, perfekt für ein sonniges Frühstück. Im angrenzenden Keller gibt es sogar einen Fitnessraum (wer noch überflüssige Energien nach dem Stadtrundgang besitzt) sowie eine kleine Gin-Bar und einen Weinkühlschrank. Parkplätze sind ausreichend direkt vor der Haustür (8€ pro Tag) vorhanden. Was ich persönlich toll fand, war die Ausstattung und Liebe zum Detail. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, sogar der Kühlschrank ist für das erste Frühstück gefüllt. Hier stimmt es wirklich: Ankommen und wohlfühlen. Als bekennender Langschläfer hat es mich nur ein bißchen gestört, daß man die Eingangstüre nicht verdunkeln kann, also werde ich beim nächstenmal die Schlafbrille einpacken. Trotzdem: 5 Sterne + , zu 100% empfehlenswert. Ich komme bestimmt wieder. Frank P.

Das Apartment ist sehr zentral und schön gelegen. Unsere Lucy (glatter Foxi) war vom parkähnlichen Umfeld und der Mosel begeistert. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern, elegant und stilvoll, wir (auch der Hund) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit der Küche und des Bades sind toll. Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Frau Frank und Ihr Mann sind sehr herzlich und fürsorglich ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Dankeschön! 👍👍👍 Fazit - Wir kommen gerne wieder!
