The price was the main driver of my choice to stay at this property. It had good value for the accommodations. The room was cold and I was not able to sufficiently warm it up despite the room being a small footprint. I would stay again if necessary, but do not plan to use ibis in the future as the comport level was not to my liking.
I thought i had reserved breakfast along with room. An addition charge of $20 i paid. Very confusing at check in. Not very helpful.
The hotel was nicely appointed, new. The Restaurant, Osteria, was TERRIBLE (do not eat there), but the Hotel mgt. says it is not owned by them. The only issue we had with the room was the Air Conditioning or lack thereof. At first they told us there was no AC in the hotel. Then when we told them their own brochure in the hotel room said all their hotels 'were equipped with central Air Conditioning, they said that it was a water cooler and shared by all the rooms, but there was no air coming out of the room vents whatsoever for our entire stay. They said they would bring us something called a ventilator for the 2nd night but when we called after none showed up, they said they did not have one. When we checked out they asked us how our stay was, I told them about the A/C. The lady said they were having "technical problems" with it and that she had called a technician. That was a different answer for each day. It was uncomfortably warm for the room, so our experience was disappointing overall.
