"The hotel was beautiful, and all of the staff were pleasant. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up with our room, which (Lance) fixed immediately. Thanks (Lance for getting us into the correct room. We stayed in one of the premium river king rooms, and it did not disappoint! The room had a generous size soaking tub, personal robes, fireplace, soft king bed and was spacious, clean with a lovely view of the river from the private balcony. The riverwalk was nice and the views outstanding. The river dock however maintained a pretty lively crowd through the weekend which came with a bit of unexpected noise and extremely loud boat horns, which mostly ceased by nightfall. The food from the Drumheller restaurant on the property was also outstanding. Our food was fresh, flavorful and served in a timely manner, both in room and in the person dining. Prices could be a bit spendy for larger families but there are several other local restaurants and fast-food places close by. The pool was enjoyable and for the Five days & 4 nights we were there, it was never overcrowded. Both the pool and hot tub were a generous size although the pool is only 4ft 12in deep. The pool area remained clean and fully stock with fresh towels. Because the pool area offered both covered and open seating, this allowed for extended use for an outdoor lunch or games while enjoying the beautiful weather. Needless to say, our stay was wonderful and we will definitely visit again!"
