Features include an attached two stall garage, spacious living room, large family room, multiple decks, woodstove, open kitchen/dining area, built in bar in lower level - great for entertaining and all new appliances! Located by 14 vineyards in old mission peninsula, 20 minutes from down town Traverse City. Very quite area, crystal clear blue water and a bluff that oversees the house with a cherry orchard surrounding the back of the property!
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. This is the perfect house for a family that wants to be on the water and experience everything that Old Mission has to offer. It's basically a private beach on a very quiet road (closed to traffic 4 houses down Bluff Rd). We had 3 young kids a dog and it was great having cold AC, a functional layout, laundry, a big driveway for pickleball and chalk, a new BBQ, and a "homey" feel. Bonus: 2 kayaks, lawn chairs, and beach toys were there for the family to enjoy.Jake and Josh are great hosts and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was comfortable. They even let us check out late when our flight got moved and delayed... bonus lake day! We would love to book again.
