If you're looking for something truly special, you've found it. This is a 37-ft Mallard by Heartland M33 luxury travel trailer, parked directly on a private stretch of shoreline on West Grand Traverse Bay, along the iconic M-22, with rare, unobstructed views of Power Island.

The camper sleeps up to 7 across a private king bedroom and an adjacent bunk room with 3 bunk beds, with 3 slide-outs for extra space, ducted air conditioning, a full kitchen, and an outdoor kitchen with grill.

Step onto the beach and into the crystal-clear waters of West Bay, paddle toward Power Island with the included kayaks and paddleboards, or gather around the beachside fire pit as the sun goes down.

Please note: this listing is for the camper only. The main beach house next door may be rented separately, subject to availability — just ask if your group would like both.

Downtown Traverse City is about 8.3 miles away, with Horse Shows on the Bay just 8 minutes from the door.

A lot to like but one big issue. The property was beautiful. Right on an amazing bay. Great fire pit and chairs right on the beach. Very clean RV with blankets and towels. Good communication. First time renting an RV instead of house. Probably the last time just because of the shaking as people walk around. But that wasn’t the fault of the property. Biggest issue was one I hope they can easily fix. At 8:30am the sprinklers went off and sprayed the outside of the RV right where we were sleeping. And these were very strong sprinklers that woke everyone up. It was so bad we took a video the first day to share with the owners to ask them to turn them off or have them go off later in the day. Unfortunately, the same thing happened the next morning. Our big goal for the weekend was to catch up on sleep and rest, and this little thing had a fairly outsized, negative impact. Hopefully they’ll fix this for the next guest.
