Good spot if you want a short drives to Traverse City shops & a little west to Lake Michigan coast. Exceptionally friendly people from front desk to housekeeping.

We had a very nice stay. The staff was very helpful and we enjoyed our time at the hotel and in TC.

It was a nice hotel. The staff was friendly. There was a very nice breakfast bar. It was convenient to restaurants and stores. I would stay there again.

Room was very nice overall. Bathroom only had a sink and no counter space to put anything. It looked like it was set up for handicap - shower seat. I should have been made aware that the room was non-traditional.

Staff was very nice, room was clean, no issues at all...happy to go back again.

The staff was very helpful. The hotel was a bit overpriced. It was not a good value. It simply did not have the feel of a hotel in that price range.

The hotel was on the south side of town near many shopping and restaurants but far not too far from downtown or other destinations. The hotel was comfortable, clean and staff courteous

Conveniently located… a short 5 minute drive on 31 gives easy access to the downtown and the bay with the ability to circumvent traffic. Rooms are standard but were clean. Pool and hot tub were great. This hotel has a very good breakfast selection. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Would have been nice to know they were remodeling. Loud people coming in at 2 am was not very pleasant. 6:00 am children running in the room next door was not another pleasant surprise. other than that it was good. The staff was very pleasant, warm, and professional.

Everything was amazing and we will be back! The beds were so comfy.

I was very disappointed that I could not check in for and hour after check in time due to room not being ready.

Very nice hotel & great, friendly staff! Thank you for a great stay!

Always a great stay here and great value for money. So convenient to what we need to do in Traverse City.

great location between traverse city and interlochen. Wonderful breakfasts, decent work out room, very clean, staff very nice and accomodating. expensive because of film festival.

Our room was located next to a small exercise room which opened at 7:30 in the morning. The noise of the stair master, or jogging machine was very noticeable in the room and was quite annoying. I complained of it to the desk and they spent over an hour on the phone with our travel site before they got to speak with a customer service agent. A small adjustment (10% of total cost) was given. The

We paid $100/night on Memorial Day weekend deal and it was worth it. Most hotels of similar quality were going for $160/night so we caught a good deal. Everything was standard quality except for the breakfast: If you like a breakfast with options like eggs, bacon, etc.. just plan on eating breakfast at the Cracker Barrel next door. The breakfast area was absolutely crammed with people, all elbowing for the microwave and space to actually move. Other than that this place is fine, but don't pay retail.

We had a good stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a good place.

Stayed the evening and found the facility very clean and comfortable! Great location near the mall.

We come to TC every fall and this fall was our 3rd time staying here. Room is clean and comfy, great value.

Very nice quiet hotel. Comfortable rooms. Nice pool area, clean. Nice staff. Great place.
