We spent a night in the Pullman Hotel in Toulouse. What a wonderful experience. " Excellent tout autour de service" Book a suite it's as good as it gets for very reasonable European value. In house Restaurant, superb for dinner. Location very convenient to Toulouse Centre for shopping. Reception staff were very helpful and professional and they speak English ! 5 star rating for me!
Modern hotel , lack of facilities such as a massage service , or SPA, this is a 5 star hotel that should have this kind of services. Modern rooms, I have stayed on a suite is big and modern. The food of the room service is good. The parking of the hotel is tricky if you have a big car could be difficult to drive Trough the parking. The hotel on their web site need to mention that the area in front of the hotel is a working site with massive public works on the infrastructure being made. You can wake up with the noise of the construction site. In resume the hotel is a modern hotel for a stop over if ok.
On a road trip around France and so booked in for a three night stay. There are road works taking place nearby. Whilst they don't affect the hotel, it does make finding it a little difficult. Valet parking is very useful. The staff here could not have been more friendly. It is centrally situated in Toulouse and made a great base for trips or a walk into the city for an evening meal. Overall a good experience.
A very good Pullman! Staff is very friendly and service very efficient. Rooms are modern and large. Bed is of great quality: sure you will sleep well there! Amenities are very nice and there is a Nespresso machine on the room. In the Deluxe room, soft drinks in the mini bar are for free. Good surprise! Another good surprise is that you can chose breakfast in bed or at the restaurant without supplement. 10min walk from the Place du Capitole. Definitely would come back here!
We had a very pleasant stay at the Toulouse Pullman Center. The hotel is funky and stylish and the staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful. There is a major road work project going on in front of the hotel and, if your room is on that side, you are likely to be disturbed by the noise (during out stay in August, work was starting at 7am). The rooms were nicely designed and well appointed. Because of the road work, the area around the hotel is a bit deserted at the moment, but the hotel is only a short distance away from restaurants and night life. Overall, a nice stay.
Yes,the hotel has a problem with major roadworks at the moment and will have for some time therefore management must work harder. There is no parking in the vicinity so an extortionate 25Euros per night is blackmail. To charge 52 Euros for an "Express breakfast" when their own advertising says 13 Euros per head is not good business. Finally how can nobody notice a plug blocked sink only lifted with a scissors! This hotel is saved by its brilliant reception staff for whom nothing is too much trouble.
This hotel is part of an upmarket chain of Accor hotels and as such, expectations were high. Well, our expectations were surpassed. The hotel is in a central location so ideal to walk to all the main parts of town The reception folks were attentive beyond belief and helped make our stay very enjoyable. Jeremy, in particular, was engaging and helped us by recommending a restaurant for dinner which turned out to be quite a place. He not only suggested the restaurant but also made the booking for us. Valet parking in the underground car park costs 25 Euros but worth it for the security. Breakfast was a buffet but the food was lovely and fresh. The room was modern, comfortable and a good size. All the usual amenities. All in all, the stay at the Pullman was very enjoyable and would certainly stay there again.
The hotel looks very fresh and new. Great location next to the city centre. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathroom huge and loved the 'rainfall' shower head. The restaurant is a huge plus and serves great food - both for families, couples or single travellers - we saw a lot of airline crew eating here, meaning that single travellers will not feel alianated. The hotel have valet parking - but we chose to park our rental car at the garage right outside, which is very convenient. Only con is the huge construction at the street outside - not something the hotel can be blamed for - but it adds to the total picture.
Nice hotel in Toulouse, can't see that it 5*, very nice 4* Check in was fast and friendly Nice room but no real public areas. Breakfast was very good, expensive if not included in rate Hotel is close to train station, metro bus etc but area is not the nicest but only 10 minute walk to centre. Area is being re-developed so road is a mess but there is no noise in the hotell
We stayed for four nights at Pullman Toulouse in July 2017. The hotel is located close to the train station. The Capitol is an easy 15-minute walk away, passing through Wilson square. Our superior room was very large and facing the main street. Note that only about 30 rooms are NOT facing that street, and there is major construction work until 2019, which creates noise during the day. Outside noise at night was minimal thanks to triple-glazing, but we could definitely hear the construction work from 08.00 to 18.00 on weekdays. Consider this if you are going to be much in the room during the day-time. Inner hotel noise was sometimes an issue, as the building is old. We had noisy neighbors on a Friday night, but that's not something the hotel can do much about. The room had plenty of storage for a longer stay and the bathroom was roomy, with shower and separate toilet. There were both a boiler and a Nespresso machine. Breakfast was absolutely amazing and well worth the price. Eggs and omelets were made to order; the selection of breads, cold cuts and juices was really top notch. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Parking is available on site for 25€ per day but there is also a parking garage under the nearby Library "Marengo" with prices of 16€ for 24 hours, 22€ for 48 hours and 32€ for 72 hours. Highly recommended (with reservation for construction works)
