Can't deny this is a very smart hotel in a great location and, overall, I liked it. The rooms are very nicely appointed, really comfortable, with a massive telly, and the staff were generally friendly and welcoming. However, this is not a cheap hotel and I am not sure the standards of service reached the level I expected. For example, the bar prices were not cheap (2 G&Ts for 28€) but that was our choice, we could have left, but what irritated me was that although there were 4 people on the bar it took them an age to sort our order. The only other customers (a family party of 8) also had to check where their drinks were. If I am honest, I would have put this down to experience until I then stayed at the much cheaper Best Western down the road and seem how much more efficient the staff there were.

We visited Toulouse to see the Christmas market and Cite de l'espace with our daughter and our big dog. The hotel was really nice. I had completed online check-in, but our room was not ready yet. The hotel offered us drinks while we waited. All the staff was super nice. I recommend the hotel valet, quick and easy. There is a biiig hole in the street right in front of the hotel, so plan your trip accordingly. We knew beforehand, (but only from reading reviews). Short walk to the center, little shops and restaurants nearby. There is a club that gets out late with rowdy patrons, but I expect that from being in a city.

Toulouse is a nice city that isn't very touristy at all. We enjoyed our weekend break in Toulouse, and the Pullman hotel is a good place to be based at. The hotel isn't far from the centre or the river, while the whole city is fairly easy to get around on by walking only. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, pointing out many attractions for us to visit in Toulouse. The breakfast at the hotel was nice, and the bedroom was decent.

We stayed for my birthday weekend in Toulouse. We were warmly greeted by the guest relations manager Daniella to the hotel and the service from the front desk staff was excellent. First impressions is the area outside of the hotel is not the nicest area compounded by the road works talking place. The outside of the hotel wasn't particularly inviting. We were allocated a room on the top floor which was a nice room and they had nicely laid out petals and chocolate on the bed. This was nicely done and appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable. We slept well. The only issues with the room was bathroom leaked and aircon didn't really work even after calling engineer so used window to regulate room temperature. We had breakfast each morning in the room and this was a good quality. American breakfast was 18 euro and was plentiful for the morning. A good perk of the hotel is that they dont charge more for breakfast in bed. The hotel is a good quality four star hotel lacking that extra level of detail for a 5 star. The bar service was poor and drink orders were often forgotten not just for us but noticed this for other guests. Service was lacking in this respect and drinks werent cheap. The frount revolving door of the hotel wasnt working and only one lift worked. The top floor was messy by the lifts. This is not something guests would want to see when coming out from the lifts to their room. Overall stay was nice and service from frount desk was excellent Danielle even wished us the best on check out which was nice and appreciated. A nice stay for Toulouse but overall just got the feeling the whole package could/should be better if this is a 5 star hotel the extra level of detail was missing from aesthetics of hotel and a consistent service across the whole hotel (i.e Bar)

Travelling to watch Japan v Tonga I had great expectations but was left disappointed and unlikely to return. The room was noisy, the bed wasn’t made properly and the bed was broken. As a result of the later I have suffered from severe back pain, muscle cramps and sleepless nights! The bedroom could only be described as tired. Service in the bar was slow and unhelpful. The reception staff didn’t really seam too concerned. I regularly stay at Pullman Hotels - for me this is very exciting to avoid - a pity because all my fellow lodgers had a wonderful time. 2/5 because I know they can do better!

As a Platinum member, I prefer Accor hotels in general and Pullmann Hotel in particular. I had chances to stay in Pullmann’s in Germany and in Europe, my preference on Pullmann’s is because they are “smaller”, perfectly guest related and have the special touch. The Pullmann Toulouse appears to be as you would expect it to be. The welcome frendly, professionally and with a personal touch, the rooms modern, clean and brite, the bath tidy, modern and stylish. We booked a Superior- and we got a Deluxe-room (up-grade) but the heating/AC was disappointing, the windows could not be opened (we stood in the 8 floor) and wake up with a "big head", the view was on a construction area, I am happy, we stopped over the weekend and did not face any construction noises – this Is not recommendable. The location of the Hotel is central. You have easy access to the shopping roads, the sightseen spots and POI's. All you have to pass is a main zone of prostitutes or “we would call it an Urinal” - this is not recommendable The service we received was good, we asked for help at the check-in of our flights. The receptionist managed this perfectly; he introduced us to the free/but-not-free Minibar service in our room. We "misunderstood" the limitation between an exotic juice and an orange juice. So we had to pay 19 € for a barrier of nuts, a mini glass of nuts and a 0,2 l Granini. In other Hotels I am welcome with a dedicated offer and a note. This Management attention is member- and hospitality-related and sure spoiling, to ask for big money for peanuts sure not - this is not recommendable. We just stood 2 days and one night in Toulouse but we are curious to get to know more about the town, about the Hotel, I am only curious to read the next comments.

Arrived at midday and room was ready Room was an excellent size. Beds were really comfortable Shower endless hot water Front reception staff really helpful There are works going out the front of hotel but so far have not heard anything Good breakfast choices

Of course, it starts with the front desk. The person on duty was terrific and had answers to all our questions. We were there one night on the way to the Canal du Midi and confronted by a rail strike. Everything got sorted out. The hotel is very pretty and could only be improved by a better sidewalk surface! It was a difficult walk to get there from the metro station.

We had a one night stay at the Pullman Toulouse on our way to the Canal du Midi. The access to the hotel by car is horrendeous and the whole area is in an open air building site which I understand will last for months to come. I will not mention the prostitutes touting for business a block away from the hotel but this is another story..Once you are in the building, this is a very different story. The lobby and decoration are modern but really nice and upscale, you do feel some level of premium if not luxury. We had booked a Suite and a standard room and both were excellent with nice bathrooms; Service is generally good and friendly, to the exception of the bar where the service was, euuuuh, non existent ! Pity as the ambiance is rather nice but service was truly non existent and the few minutes spent by the bartender on duty who attended to us could be well forgotten. The buffet breakfast in the morning is a genuine delight and worth the money they are asking for. If you are not bothered by the surrounding construction works, this is the place to stay in Toulouse as it is fairly centrally located for most of the important sites...

We were kept awake and hen woken up before 5,00 am by outside shouting, despite having all windows closed. The double glazing seemed to be totally ineffective. Otherwise, nice and helpful staff in a building showing its age.
