The property is enclosed with parking for one car (shared with the other cottage; additional street parking is also available) and a garden with a terrace. The busy Albi road is nearby. A baby cot is available upon request. WITHOUT A CAR: You are a 200m walk from the L9 bus stop at the Union shopping center (restaurants, supermarkets, etc.), which takes you to the Borderouge metro station in 10 minutes (from there, you are 15 minutes from the historic center of Toulouse). With or without a car, you can reach Toulouse very easily and quickly from this pleasant single-storey gîte with garden!

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen with a refrigerator, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The vacation home also includes a washing machine.
