The AC did not work at all. Hallways smell terrible. The tv did not work. The telephone did not work to call the reception. The bed sofa was missing sheets/blanket. Absolutely terrible. Don’t waste your money here. Finally when we went to the parking they were cleaning the septic tank.. so the goodbye was very stinky. Do not recommend this place!

As with all Accor hotels I stayed in, super clean and comfortable hotel. Bed was a dream, so comfy it was instant sleep as soon as I put my head on the pillow. Room was spacious. The room had a kettle and some instant coffee and tea bags available if you were desparate for a hot drink. A coffee shop is only 5 minutes away for higher quality coffee. Breakfast price I found it too high, again local cafe and food court available 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Reception stafd super friendly and accomodating. The lobby is spacious, you can socialise well if you are a biggrr group. The bus to the Airport stops a 1 minute walk to the left of the hotel exit, metro line and other bus connections again 1minute walk away. 5minutes walk and a local park and the Japanese gardens are available for a quiet reflective space. Superb for groups as well as solo travellers.
