Welcome to the beautiful Maison Bellini completely renovated in 2021!

The four apartments are located in a beautiful detached house, surrounded by a lovely designed garden with a pool.

These modern and preciously furnished apartments are ideal for a relaxing holiday. The small holiday residence is only a short walk away from the beach, from the lake promenade, and from the center, and there is also a children's playground just a few steps away from the house.



The apartment Maison Bellini number 2 is suitable for up to 4 people, it is located on the ground floor and it has a private covered terrace.

The apartment offers a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a single bed, another bed is in the living area on the comfortable double fold-away bed.

The living room has a fully equipped kitchenette and a dining area leading to the furnished terrace.

The large bathroom has the shower, the washbasin and a toilet.



In the outdoor pool you can refresh yourself on hot days and then relax on the sun terrace in a deck chair.

Toscolano-Maderno has a wonderfully mild climate. The nature with cypresses, holm-oaks and olive trees offers a great example of the Mediterranean scrub. Enjoy the time in this beautiful Toscolano-Maderno holiday apartment. You won't be bored. The 4,000 square meter bathing beach, which has recently been wonderfully expanded, takes care of that. And moreover: if you like playing golf, you can enjoy it in Golf Bogliaco. If you want to visit one of the most famous and nicest places around the lake, just take the ferry (which runs all year round) to Torri del Benaco. The Scaliger Castle from 1383 and many other attractions await you here.

The location is suitable as a starting point for one-day trips to the beautiful cities of Verona, Brescia, Venice and around Lake Garda.

The famous parks such as Gardaland, Movieland or the Caneva water park are around 35 km away for a day of fun. Ask for discounted tickets at check-in.

ganz tolle Wohnung und Betreuung

die Wohnung ist top gepflegt und sehr modern, mit Klimaanlagen in den Zimmern ausgestattet, sehr großzügig eingerichtet, hat eine schöne und schattige Terrasse und den eigenen, sehr schönen Pool nur 5 Meter entfernt, Gartenliegen und Stühle sind vorhanden, das Auto kann in der eigenen Anlage abgestellt werden auf garantiertem Parkpkatz, eine Bushaltestelle ist gleich in der Nähe, ebenso Bäcker. Die Vermieterin Aurora war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat alles zur Zufriedenheit gelöst. Der Hafen mit Restaurants ist ca 1,5 Km entfernt, optimal zur Überfahrt mit dem Schiff bzw. der Fähre. Resümee: Aus unserer Sicht sind die Wohnung und die Vermieterin/Agentur eine 100% Empfehlung für einen schönen Urlaub.
