We enjoyed our holiday in Toscolano-Maderno.

We were very happy with the apartment. The hosts, Raffaele and Alessia, are very friendly and well organized. We also liked the pool. It was always clean and there was a small "platform" for children who could stand there without any problems. The apartment was clean and cozy. It was never too hot or too cold as there were two air conditioners that were easy to operate. The lake is in walking distance and is beautiful for swim and have fun. There are a few bars and cafes at the lake in Toscolano-Maderno. The whole area is very family friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much and we can only recommend Raffaele and Alessia's house.

Rundum zufrieden

Wir waren eine Woche in der Wohnung. Die Gastgeber gaben uns viele Tipps beim CheckIn und kümmerten sich täglich um die Sauberkeit auf dem Grundstück. Den Pool teilt man sich mit anderen Familien, aber es sind immer genug Liegen für alle da!

Un magnifique séjour en famille dans un appartement extraordinaire idéal pour les familles. Nos enfants étaient conquis et nous aussi. Les propriétaires sont d’une extrême gentillesse et de bon conseil, avec beaucoup d’activités à nous proposer selon nos envies. La proximité avec le centre et le Lac sont appréciables, beaucoup de choses peuvent se faire à pied ou en ferry pour de belles découvertes. La piscine est magnifique et permet de beaux moments de détente et notre appartement disposait de tout le confort nécessaire, surtout la climatisation dans les chambres lors des fortes chaleurs que nous avons eu. Un vrai coup de cœur et c’est certain nous reviendrons avec joie!

Tolle Wohnung mit Pool

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Alles ist wie in der Beschreibung und hat unsere Erwartungen sogar noch übertroffen. Alessia hat uns einen tollen Empfang bereitet und hat uns mit vielen Tipps versorgt. Raffaele war auch immer sehr hilfsbereit. Top Gastgeber! Der Pool war super, auch zum Schwimmen geeignet - und sehr oft hatten wir ihn für uns alleine. Es war ein Traum im ruhigen Garten zwischen den Olivenbäumen zu essen. Der Wasserspender mit gekühltem Wasser mit und ohne Kohlensäure rund um die Uhr war einer der Punkte, der uns zusätzlich sehr positiv überrascht haben. Wir können die Wohnung absolut weiterempfehlen.

Der perfekte Familienurlaub

Ein toller Urlaub bei Alessia und Raffaele. Die Wohnung ist toll: sehr sauber und quasi neu eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, der Garten ist weitläufig und schön; ein toller Salzwasserpool, kurze Wege zum Strand, einen Wasserspender für gekühlte Getränke (mit oder ohne Kohlensäure), Fähranlegestelle und eine Topp-Bäckerei in der Nähe, ... also alles was man sich wünschen kann. Alessia hat uns immer die neuesten Informationen zu Veranstaltungen zukommen lassen. Beide waren äusserst nett und hilfsbereit/proaktiv. Wir kommen gerne im nächsten Jahr wieder. - Wir müssen quasi - unsere Kinder zwingen uns dazu ;-) Vielen lieben Dank euch beiden!

Tolle Gastgeber, sehr schöne Wohnung, gepflegter Pool und gute Lage

Es war unser erster Gardasee Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie und haben auch gleich einen Volltreffer bei Alessia und Raffaele gemacht. Wir können uns nur aller positiven Bewertungen hier anschließen. Saubere Wohnung, schöner Garten, ein täglich gereinigter und sehr gepflegter Pool, kurze Wege zum Strand und zum Einkaufen. Das alles führt dazu, dass wir für nächstes Jahr erneut buchen werden. Schöner Familienurlaub

Tolle, fürsorgliche Vermieter, jederzeit ansprechbar, es wurde sich um alles sofort gekümmert. Schöne Wohnung, super Lage auch für Ausflüge. Sehr gut ausgestattet, alles da, was man braucht. Am besten war der Salzwasserpool, aus dem wir die Kinder, trotz mäßigem Wetter, kaum raus bekommen haben. Parkplatz groß genug auch für unseren Bus.

Es war wunderschön!

Hr. Righettini hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns wertvolle Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr schön und gut gelegen. Man erreicht den See gut zu Fuss und auch so sind Restaurants, Bäcker etc. zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Pool war das Highlight, auch für unseren jüngsten (5 Jahre), da es eine Bereich gibt, welcher auch für Nichtschwimmer geeignet ist. Der Pool wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Unser Fahrzeug konnten wir ohne Probleme (VW BUS) auf dem Grundstück parken, genug Platz vorhanden. Wir waren begeistert und kommen sicher wieder.

Fantastische week gehad

Wij verbleven in het appartement Limone van Villa Elisa. Een mooi en schoon appartement die van alle gemakken voorzien is. Vanaf het balkon loop je via een trap zo naar het zwembad en tuin. Een deel van de tuin is gereserveerd voor Limone en is voorzien van een grote eettafel, onder de oude olijvenboom. Er is ook een eigen parkeerplaats. Vanaf het huis is het slechts 5 minuten lopen naar het meer. Ook is er een bakker en een bar met heerlijke koffie op 5 minuten loopafstand. We hebben elke dag lekker verse broodjes gehaald. De gastheer en vrouw zijn heel aardig en zijn ook dagelijks wel een keer op het terrein. Ook zijn ze prima bereikbaar via de app. We hebben genoten!

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet und befindet sich in einer hervorragenden Lage. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, dennoch erreicht man den Gardasee, verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zahlreiche Wanderwege in wenigen Gehminuten. Der Vermieter ist äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Raffaele ist ein super Gastgeber

Die Wohnung entspricht vollständig der Beschreibung. Die Klimaanlagen waren sehr hilfreich für eine entspannte Nacht, da wegen der Lage an der Straße zum See und einer Bar mit Livemusik in ca 300 m Entfernung die Geräuschkulisse geöffnete Fenster nicht empfohlen hätte. Aber wegen der Temperatur und der Klimaanlage war das Fenster nachts sowieso zu. Raffaele hat uns immer mit tollen Tipps versorgt, von der besten Pizzeria und Eisdiele bis hin zu Ratschlägen gegen die äußerst lästigen Stechmücken, die den Aufenthalt im Garten leider doch beeinträchtigten. Sehr gut ist die Lage in der Nähe zum See. Auch ein Supermarkt, eine sehr gute Bäckerei und die beste Eisdiele am Gardasee sind maximal 5 Minuten entfernt.

Wohnung und Vermieter erstklassig

Leider war die gewünschte Wohnung doppelt gebucht. Der Vermieter hatte sich deshalb direkt gemeldet und eine Ersatzwohnung angeboten, welche etwas weiter weg am Hang lag( Wohnung Belvedere) und wir somit mit dem Auto zum Strand mussten. Da der Vermieter äußerst zuvorkommend war, haben wir das Angebot angenommen und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Aufgrund der Hanglage hatten wir einen hervorragenden Blick vom Balkon auf den Gardasee, welcher jeden Abend bei einem Glas Wein genossen wurde. Die Wohnung lies von der Ausstattung, Modernität und Qualität keine Wünsche offen. Ein echtes Prunkstück. Nochmals herzlichsten Dank an unseren hervorragenden, allzeit erreichbaren Gastgeber Raffaele für die vielen Infos und die schöne Zeit am Gardasee. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Salute.

Toller Urlaub, supernetter Gastgeber, Villa Elisa, Wohnung Limone

Alles in allem: einfach nur gut. Herr Righettini ist ein sehr freundlicher und sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Wohnung sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Wege zum See, zum Supermarkt und zur Uferpromenade sind wirklich nah und sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Herr Righettini ist überaus hilfsbereit und gibt gern Tipps sowohl was das Kulturelle, als auch das Kulinarische betrifft. Gern kommen wir wieder . Für uns, 4 Personen und 1 Hund war der Aufenthalt in dieser FeWo wunderbar. Ausstattung war top. Zentrum, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants,...war alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Vermieter Raffaele war immer freundlich und hat uns viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unser Hund auch. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Praktische, hochwertig ausgestattete und blitzsaubere Fe-Wo in großzügigem Gartengrundstück gelegen. Der Alltagsverkehr störte nicht, die Nächte waren in dieser Lage (Stadt, zwei Campingplätze in der Umgebung) wider Erwarten ruhig. Uferpromenade und / oder Stadtkern in zehn Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, super sortierter Supermarkt nur fünf Minuten entfernt.

Wunderbare Erholung

Schon einige Städtchen des Gardasees durfte ich kennen lernen, jedoch hat mich Toscolano-Maderno so überzeugt, dass ich hier definitiv zurückkehren werde. Zusammen mit meinen Vorschulkindern habe ich hier einen wunderbaren Badeurlaub erlebt, der seines Gleichen sucht. Tolle Strände, klares Wasser und herrliches Wetter. Aus Zufall sind wir in der FeWo Belvedere gelandet, die sehr zusagt. Top Ausstattung, moderne Einrichtung, Klimaanlage, schickes Badezimmer und...ja Raffaele 😉...eine Waschmaschine. Wo wir auch schon beim Hausherren wären. Sehr nett, zuvorkommend und mit perfektem Deutsch auch für den ein oder anderen Tipp zu haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder und ich wünsche dir Raffaele alles Beste für die Zukunft!
