The kitchen is appointed with an induction hob, an oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and a fridge/freezer. The seating area is furnished with a comfortable sofa with a flat-screen TV and a dining table for 4.

The living space extends to a lovely terrace, furnished with a dining table and chairs plus a large parasol, ideal for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening.


Outside, guests can enjoy the shared pool and gardens, the perfect spot for relaxation and recreation under the sun.

Bedroom: The bedroom features a double bed, a flat-screen TV, wardrobe and a private balcony with a sun lounger.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a double bed.

For those looking to explore, the region is rich in attractions. The famous town of Sirmione, known for its thermal baths and the historic Scaligero Castle, is located about 30 km away, approximately a 35-minute drive. The picturesque town of Limone sul Garda is also within reach, just 17 km away, taking around 25 minutes by car.
