The apartment is located on the third floor, is composed at the entrance of a large living room, continuing to meet the kitchen with a modern design induction hob, dishwasher and everything needed to allow you to cook in complete autonomy. The sleeping area has two bedrooms, furnished with double bed, three bathrooms with toilet, sink, washing machine, shower and bidet.

The apartment is located in a panoramic position in Toscolano Maderno, one of the most beautiful towns of Lake Garda.

For nightlife lovers there are many places where you can spend pleasant evenings like the "Ciringhito" and "Carta Bianca". Nearby, for nature lovers and evocative scenery, find the "Valle delle Cartiere" with the famous Museo della Carta.

Spectacular Views

This was an amazing property, exactly as described and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The apartment had everything you would need to enjoy your time at Lake Garda, a home away from home. The outdoor space to sit and look at the lake and enjoy a glass of wine was exactly what we were looking for. Elena was very accommodating and ensured our trip was enjoyable. 5 STARS!!

Schöne Auszeit mit viel Ruhe

Wir haben eine erholsame Woche in Valerios Wohnung verbracht.Bei der Ankunft (die Hauptstraße nach oben nehmen, nicht die kleinen Straßen zur Abkürzung, die sind z. T. sehr schmal) wurden wir freundlich begrüßt und uns wurde alles erklärt und gezeigt. Die Kommunikation mit Valerio klappt am besten über WhatsApp.Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Vor allem die Ruhe haben wir genossen.Der Blick vom Balkon und oberen Schlafzimmer über den See ist traumhaft, auch wenn wir eher Pech mit dem Wetter hatten und kaum draußen sitzen konnten.Den Wohn–Kochbereich fanden wir persönlich etwas dunkel und zum gemütlichen Beisammensitzen nicht so geeignet. Mehr als vier Personen sollten es auch nicht sein.Mit Hund muss man beachten, dass die Wohnung über drei Etagen verläuft mit teils steiler Treppe.Alles in allem hatten wir aber einen erholsamen Urlaub und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir waren Mitte September zu Gast in Valerios Appartement. Es war alles wie beschrieben, sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Küche super ausgestattet (einzig ein Korkenzieher hat uns gefehlt für unseren Wein). Valerios Tipps zur Anreise waren sehr hilfreich und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt hoch über dem See in einer ruhigen Umgebung und vom Balkon hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Sehr sehr schöne Unterkunft mit fantastischem Ausblick

Wir waren Ende August/Anfang September 2022 für 10 Tage in Toscolano-Maderno bei Valerio zu Gast und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen, mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet und der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse ist einfach fantastisch! Frühstück und Abendessen draußen sind ein Muss bei dem Ausblick. Wie schon vorher mal von einem Gast beschrieben, liegt die Wohnung sehr hoch am Berg und ohne Auto geht nix. Anfangs war die Adresse mit Navi schwer zu finden, aber Valerio schickt einem ein paar gute Bilder per WhatsApp um den Parkplatz, der etwa 50m zu Fuß unterhalb der Wohnung liegt, finden zu können. Je nach Größe des Autos kann man aber bis unterhalb der Wohnung in die kleine Gasse fahren um auszuladen. Valerio ist sehr nett, auch wenn es etwas am Englisch fehlt, aber mit Google gle Übersetzer klappt auch die Verständigung in Italienisch. Auch die Nachbarn, welche mit auf dem Grundstück wohnen, haben wir mal etwas fragen müssen...das war kein Problem und macht irgendwie auch Freude, sich mal italienisch auszudrücken/verständigen ;-). Zur Wohnung brauch ich nicht viel schreiben, die ist hervorragend.... Nur 2 Hinweise: Kaffeemaschine ist Lavazza-Kapselmaschine, Küchenrolle bitte selbst mitbringen. Rest ist alles vorhanden! Ansonsten ein paar Tipps für die Umgebung... Parkplätze in Maderno sind alle kostenpflichtig (7,50 Euro / Tag) am besten mit Kreditkarte bezahlen, da diese nicht immer Bargeld nehmen. Strand konnen wir den Spiaggia am Campingplatz Villagio Touristico Maderno empfehlen, parken am besten auf dem Parcheggio Toscolano Lago. Die Bar am Strand (leider keinen Namen) war sehr gut und hatte humane Preise (Aperol Spritz Riesen Glas 5 Euro), dazu werden Oliven und Knabbereien gereicht. Wanderung im Tal der Papierfabriken und das zugehörige Museum war sehr interessant. Nach Verona am besten zeitig vormittags starten und auf dem Parkplatz Cimitero Monumentale di Verona parken und dann Richtung Arene rein spazieren (ist nur 10 min entfernt). In Limone sul Garda unbedingt in der Bar Spaghetteria da Titano di fort enea zum Mittag essen, war sehr lecker und weg von der Promenade in einer schönen Gasse gelegen. Nach Limone am besten mit der Fähre fahren, da sieht man gleich noch viele anderen Orte. Kosten 19,50 Euro für 2 Personen und man quält sich nicht durch die Autokaravane rund um den See. Ansonsten war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub und die Unterkunft sowie Toscolano Maderno waren perfekt.

Spitzenwohnung in den Bergen

Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen: Deutsches TV, Klimaanlage in jeder Etage, Küche mit Vollausstattung, Balkon mit toller Aussicht auf den See. Die Wohnung war super sauber, die Bäder auf modernstem Stand, drei Toiletten für 4 Personen, zwei Duschen, immer ausreichend warmes Wasser. Man sollte wissen, das es ohne Auto nicht geht. Bis an den Gardasee braucht man ca. 15 min, ebenso zum Hafen und den Restaurants. Wandern von der Wohnung aus geht super, war aber im Juli/August leider viel zu warm für solche Aktivitäten. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief per WhatsApp problemlos, Englischkenntnisse sind eher dürftig. Dank Google Übersetzer lief aber alles reibungslos. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man die Abgeschiedenheit sucht.

Grandiose Aussicht von der Dachterrasse

Die Wonung über drei Stockwerke ist eigentlich nur für Erwachsene (keine kleine Kinder) geeignet. Dann ist sie jedoch der durchgestylte Hammer. Selten soviel Detailverliebtheit erlebt. Alles vorhanden, es fehlt wirklich nichts, Wir haben uns echt wohlgefühlt. Zur Anfahrt mit Navi aber Hausnummer 42 eingeben, sonst landet man in extrem engen und steilen Gassen. Diese Nummer führt auf den Parkplatz unterhalb, von dort sind es hundert Meter zu Fuß.. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und wohnt im Haus. Er kennt auch gute Restaurants, hier jedoch unbedingt reservieren. Das nächste ist 1;2 km zu Fuß, auf dem Rückeg geht es allerdings steil bergauf.

Sehr sauberes und schönes Apartment auf 3 Etagen. Atemberaubende Aussicht.

Die Penthouse-Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Super leichte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, dass die Schlüsselübergabe sehr einfach gemacht hat. In der ersten Etage der Wohnung befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer (ein Einbettzimmer und ein Doppelbettzimmer) sowie ein kleines Bad mit Dusche. In der zweiten Etage befindet sich das Hauptbadezimmer, mit einer großen Dusche und Waschmaschine. Welche den Urlaub super ausklingen lässt, da man am Urlaubsende seine komplette Wäsche entspannt im Urlaub waschen kann. Sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche und Wohnzimmer mit Karmin und Smart-TV. Des Weiteren ist gutes WLAN vorhanden. In der dritten Etage befindet sich ein weiteres kleines Bad, das Loft ähnliche Hauptschlafzimmer sowie der Balkon mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht über den kompletten südlichen Teil des Gardasees. Die Lage der Wohnung kann man was die Aussicht angeht nicht Topen. Sobald man das Haus verlässt ist man in den Bergen des Monte Pizzoccolo. Mit schönen Wanderwegen und Hänge voller Olivenbäume und Weinreben. Ab und zu findet man kleine Wasserfälle. Allerdings muss einem bewusst sein, dass der Weg zu Fuß in die Innenstadt von Toscalano Maderno sehr anstrengend und lang ist. Es empfehlt sich auf jeden Fall die Fahrt mit dem Auto. Ungefähr 50m vom Eingang der Wohnung befindet sich ein öffentlicher Parkplatz, welcher genügend Kapazität bietet und man keine lästige Parkplatzsuche betreiben muss. Wir haben dort einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Urlaub gehabt und würden dort jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen.

TOP Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt, für all diejenigen, die einen mega Ausblick auf den Gardasee mögen und dafür auch etwas mehr Auffahrt in Kauf nehmen. Wir sind als 4 Erwachsene (2 Pärchen + 1 Hund) gereist. Der erste Eindruck war schon sehr positiv und dieser hielt auch bis zum Ende an. Die Unterkunft ist top gepflegt, fast neu saniert und liegt sehr ruhig. Oberhalb befindet sich direkt eine Wiese, für die vierbeinigen Freunde unterhalb freie Parkplätze. Die Unterkunft verteilt sich über 3 Etagen. Das Erdgeschoss umfasst 2 Zimmer, 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Kinderzimmer. Außerdem findet man dort ein Bad mit Dusche. Geht man eine Etage weiter nach oben, hat man eine offene Küche mit Sitzgelegenheit unmittelbar am Kochfeld, einer kleinen Couch, Fernseher und Kamin. Außerdem ein weiteres Badezimmer mit Dusche. Noch eine Etage weiter oben, findet man auf „halber Höhe“ ein weiteres Bad ohne Dusche und geht man den Rest nach oben hat man ein sehr großes Schlafzimmer mit mega Ausblick. Von dort aus gelangt man auch auf den Balkon. Dieser bietet Platz für 4, zur Not auch 5 Personen und einen vollen Blick auf den Gardasee. Von der Unterkunft aus, erreicht man Salo beispielsweise innerhalb einer halben Stunde und Sirmione in einer Stunde. Natürlich geht das auch schneller per Fähre. Wir waren insgesamt wahnsinnig Zufrieden, der Check in verlief reibungslos. Schriftlicher Kontakt vorher über Schlüsselübergabe usw. lief Problemlos. Dort ist es etwas schwieriger mit Englisch aber trotzdem kein Problem. Es gibt eine kleine Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Der Preis ist gerechtfertigt und keinesfalls überteuert. Kleiner Tipp am Rande, wenn ihr gern Salate esst oder Ähnliches, wofür ihr eine große Schüssel benötigt, bringt sie mit. Ansonsten ist alles da. P.S. Die Bettkissen sind etwas hart, also wer es weicher mag, sollte auch da etwas dabei haben, aber ansonsten war alles suuuuupeeeer. Unser Reisezeitraum war von 12.07.2021 bis 23.07.2021.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, es war super ruhig, tolle Aussicht, alles sehr unkompliziert, wir haben uns rundum sehr Wohl gefühlt.

Tolles Haus in reizvoller Umgebung mit einem zauberhaften Blick auf den Gardasee...

Hervorragend ....der Vermieter ist für alle Themen in Bereitschaft...Schlüsselübergabe war sehr entspannt, Müll wurde ständig entsorgt, bei einem kurzfristigen Stromausfall gab es Taschenlampen...ansonsten ein sehr sauberes und angenehmes Wohnen. Fotos entsprechen 100% ig der Beschreibung. Danke
