Apartment in an ancient residence in the historic center of Toscolano, surrounded by nature, with garden and parking space in the courtyard. The house is very quiet, offering an elegant point of reference for accessing the many activities offered by the area.
The apartment is on the first floor with an independent entrance from the garden. Living area with sofa bed, table and TV. Separate well-equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle. Very large bedroom, with small sofa. Bathroom with shower and dressing room.
From the house you can visit everything on foot or with the bicycles available to guests: beach 150 meters away, bar, restaurant, baker 20 meters away.
Reserved parking space in the internal courtyard. The courtyard leads to the garden, shared with the host family who occupies the apartment on the ground floor. In the garden there are areas in the sun or in the shade of four centuries-old olive trees, a small porch with table, deckchairs, sofa and barbecue is also available to guests.
From the garden an external staircase leads to the apartment on the first floor.
