De informatie op de site is niet conform de realiteit. Wij hadden verondersteld dat we een bungalow hadden gehuurd, maar het bleek een appartement op de eerste verdieping te zijn. Erg klein en vol. Een terras was onbruikbaar vanwege de wasmachine. We zijn door Vrbo klantenservice goed geholpen en na11 dagen vertrokken, terwijl we voor 4,5 gehuurd hadden.

Excellent séjour dans une maison idéale

C’est la troisiĂšme fois que nous venons Ă  Torrevieja depuis 2015 et cet Ă©tĂ© nous avons choisi cette maison appartenant Ă  Marina et Fernando. C’est le meilleur choix que nous ayons fait. Tout a Ă©tĂ© parfait de A Ă  Z! La description sur le site est totalement conforme Ă  la rĂ©alitĂ©. Marina et Fernando ont Ă©tĂ© des hĂŽtes adorables dĂšs le dĂ©but : informations claires, rĂ©activitĂ© de leurs rĂ©ponses et une trĂšs grande gentillesse. On sent qu’ils aiment leur maison et qu’il ne s’agit pas d’un banal investissement locatif. Ils en prennent grand soin, la maison est impeccable et possĂšde des Ă©quipements de grande qualitĂ©. De ce que nous avons vu dans la rĂ©sidence, cette maison est la mieux Ă©quipĂ©e et aussi celle qui bĂ©nĂ©ficie du meilleur emplacement. La maison est idĂ©alement exposĂ©e : la majeure partie est Ă  l’Est ce qui permet de bĂ©nĂ©ficier d’air et d’ombre bienvenus aux heures les plus chaudes de la journĂ©e. Si jamais la chaleur est trop importante, la maison bĂ©nĂ©ficie d’une VRAIE climatisation qui rafraĂźchit toutes les piĂšces de la maison (trĂšs important car Ă  notre arrivĂ©e Ă  Torrevieja il faisait plus de 40 degrĂ©s!). La cuisine est parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©e ( rĂ©frigĂ©rateur avec une partie congĂ©lateur, plaques, four Ă  chaleur tournante, micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle). A cĂŽtĂ© de la cuisine se trouve une loggia avec la machine Ă  laver. La salle d’eau est Ă©quipĂ©e d’une belle douche Ă  l’italienne et d’une fenĂȘtre . Les 2 chambres sont de bonne taille et sont Ă©quipĂ©es de placards de rangements et de commodes. Chaque chambre est Ă©quipĂ©e d’une TV. Une autre TV est prĂ©sente dans la piĂšce Ă  vie avec rĂ©ception satellite. La piĂšce de vie donne sur un trĂšs agrĂ©able balcon/terrasse exposĂ© Est donc idĂ©al pour dĂ©jeuner et prendre l’apĂ©ro Ă  l’ombre. Ce balcon est fleuri et est agrĂ©mentĂ© de plusieurs plantes ce qui lui donne un cĂŽtĂ© cosy trĂšs apprĂ©ciable. Cerise sur le gĂąteau, cette maison est Ă©quipĂ©e d’une trĂšs grande terrasse en rooftop juste magnifique! Marina et Fernando l’ont parfaitement fleurie ce qui est trĂšs agrĂ©able. La terrasse bĂ©nĂ©ficie d’un barbecue au charbon, de transats et d’une table permettant de manger nombreux. Elle est Ă©quipĂ©e d’un store pour pouvoir manger Ă  l’ombre. Dans la rĂ©sidence il y a 1 piscine communautaire avec douches, un bassin pour les enfants et un grand bassin. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison pour vos vacances et nous remercions chaleureusement Marina et Fernando pour nos superbes vacances passĂ©es chez eux!
