Great area to rent especially with parking included. A gem. Minutes from many attractions, walking was great to a variety of restaurants and shopping. Our host was attentive to our inquiries and definitely would rent again.

Location is great as far as proximity to downtown Toronto amenities. The neighborhood felt very safe. It was a clean room and the host was able to answer all our questions. I wish the check out had a little more communication but we figured it out. What did concern me was the following:It’s a condo stay which they clearly don’t want the neighbours to know about, which I understand. There was some cosmetic things that need to be fixed. There was a large hole cut out in the shower ceiling of the master bath. Lighting was an issue in the common area/kitchen, not really bright enough.. Microwave / stove fan settings need to be looked at. In the master suite, the window sill has some water damage, so be careful with your electronics or personal items there.The master bed is NOT a king size bed. Take it from a fat couple who have one.But otherwise, I’d stay there again.
