I stayed at Monte Carlo Oakville last night and had a truly terrible experience. The room was in unacceptable condition — there were bugs flying around everywhere, including in the washroom and even on the bed. It was shocking and extremely uncomfortable. I’m very disappointed with the cleanliness and overall service. For the price and reputation, I expected a much better stay. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves the hygiene and maintenance of their rooms.

Booked a room with 2 queen beds but was given a room with just one bed even though they were the same price. I just got back from my trip exhausted and they told me I’d have to wait 20-30 minutes for the 2 Queen bed room or get one immediately with just one bed. I was too exhausted to wait and had to take the one bed but very unhappy about it
