It’s my second time coming to this hotel. First time round went great. This time….. questionable…. Starting with the concierge, he needs some training with customer service. He needs to at least know how to client who are trying to book in. No smile. No greetings. Nothing. Not Even when leaving. Room is ok.. we were beside the highway so of course it’s noisy. Cold inside the room even when the heater is on. There’s no staff around to ask for ice machine. Or they didn’t even tell us about the restaurant in the main lobby. Breakfast was basic. Nothing special about it. Conclusion. We will never book our stay in this location…

The room and staff were great. The slew of children there for a hockey tournament that were loud and obnoxious and playing hockey in the hallways where we had to walk and running up and down the halls were NOT great! I wish their parents taught them better respect for a hotel!

From the time we checked in from the time we checked out everything was great. The room was spotless, the maid even checked in on us to see if we needed anything, the beds were so comfortable, the continental breakfast was delicious everything was great during our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful place, and we got a huge bedroom with two queen beds—lovely and spacious. Excellent customer service from the staff; they didn’t bother us at all. Full privacy, and the hotel feels like a 4-star for sure. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful, and beautiful hotel with parking at a very reasonable price.
