Reception was extremely poor, Manager was rude, absolutely no breakfast provided. Room not cleaned. A very bad experience. 2 rooms rented for 2 days with very poor service. I will not be coming back. And I will mentioned my experience to everyone I know.

We booked a hotel room through Orbitz. Somehow there was a glitch and after arriving was told they were booked solid and had no room. They said they called and left a message which is false, my phone shows a record of a call coming in but no message was left. Only one attempt to call was made, no emails. The desk personanel only offered alternative hotel locating assistance AFTER they stepped out to get their luggage cart and saw us sitting in the car on the phone trying to make arrangements. I would not reccomend this hotel until the staff have been trained how to handle a case like this. No reparations were offered, no coupons, no discounts, no invitation to give them another chance. They were polite but seemed disinterested in the fact we had no room and now had to travel further to find one.
