I have to say the Comfort Hotel Airport North is literally the WORST hotel I have EVER stayed in in my entire life! When we arrived there was NO elevator service AT ALL and the lowest floor they could put us in was 9! We had to carry our bags up 9 floors of stairs because the bag line for others was 5 people ahead and we needed to go to sleep immediately. The final insult was that the person checking us in told us the shuttle to the airport leaves on the hour and the half hour. It does not. It leaves at 50 and 20 after the hour so of course we go down thinking we'll catch the shuttle and we've just missed it. Based on this experience I will NEVER stay at a Comfort Hotel EVER again!

I used booking.com to book this hotel last minute due to a change of plans. The hotel listed at 125 Canadian. During the booking process the price switched, but I was rushing and did not catch it. I was only aware when I reviewed my emailed bill the next morning at the airport. The price including tax was 180 Canadian. This would not be so bad if the property was nice and the customer service good. The halls were filthy, but the room was clean with the exception of the red splatters on the wall behind the beds. It was late and our flight was early, so I did not complain.The shuttle was prompt, but the check in was slow. I would not advise to stay here.

its okay, since we stay for one night only. Hotel is under renovation. Some issues from the front desk after we checked in . Don't know how to smile.And calling your room, about check out time.Over all is nice stay

The hotel itself was fine for an airport stay. The front desk staff were pleasant and check in good. There was only one elevator in service so it was a bit of a wait to get up to our room with luggage. The shuttle in the morning went well as we booked it upon checkin. Our problem arose when we needed a shuttle back from the airport when returning from our vacation. We called after getting our luggage & were told by the hotel the shuttle could take 20 minutes. That was fine but after 30 minutes of no show I called again. There was still none after 50 minutes and I was assured it was on its way. After 70 minutes the shuttle arrived. The driver said it was the first he had heard of a shuttle needed and blamed the front desk. My husband asked the front desk person when we arrived back and he blamed the driver. I called the manager whose name was given to me, Savitri, the next day. I left a voice message and my phone number for her to call but she has not responded. This is terrible customer service. I'm sure the general manager (Ted) will respond to this as he has all negative reviews and say he is sorry with the experience and hope I stay again...very frustrating that no manager at this hotel has the time to deal with this issue. That is why you stay at an airport park,sleep & fly....for quick shuttle pick up so you can get on your way home.

If you are Horseplayer this a must race track to be at.Beautiful scenery get there in 6am in morning have breakfast at 24/7 casino.Watch the horses train around track.There is Canadian racing Hall of Fame is opened 24/7 free of charge.Also there are 1cent to 5 dollar slot machines to play and Computer generated table games.Casino changes US money to Canadian money Free of Charge.Hotel is 1/4 mile from Woodbine, I walked.Hotel clean but a lack of insulation you hear every door opening and closing.Note Ice machines are on 2nd 6th 8th floors would strongly recommend don't stay on these floors.Small pool and gym are on property.The restaurant on the property is The Swiss Pick Restaurant food Excellent has a small bar, serves breakfast lunch and dinner.But there is a Tim Hortons down the block if you prefer.

Can't say enough about the service at this hotel. A bit of mixup with shuttle van - ended up at wrong hotel - but once that issue was resolved all was good. The front desk staff provides exceptional service, as does staff in the adjoining bar. We only stayed one night but the room was clean and a very nice size. Didn't get a chance to use the pool. Would definitely stay here again if ever requiring room near the airport.

We booked this hotel and paid extra because of the pool. After dinner we rushed back only to find the pool was closed for repair. Nobody informed us either before or even when we checked in. In fact they were rude when we asked about it saying there was nothing they could do. I had a look at the gym since the pool was closed and was basicallly a small room with no air conditioning. So hot that you would not need the sauna after your workout on one of the few machines there. The staff at this hotel will treat you like trash. While the driver to the airport was timely he was extremely rude not even responding mostly. When I checked out the desk clerk did not even say anything just "You can go". I called and left a message with the manager and she never even bothered to return my call. Please do yourself a favour and choose a different hotel where they actually care about their customers.

Not impressed and Disappointed with cleanliness, the hotel is a bit old and rundown. Staff not that helpful. Booked for 4 nights from 7th to 11th but canceled the whole booking after checked in on 7th and paid for one day charge.

This is very close to the Toronto International Airport. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately the pool was closed so a refreshing dip was not possible (with 30 degrees Celsius this would have been welcomed). All in all eveything is OK and working, but a bit rundown by usage over time. Trip to the city of Toronto by car is approximately 30 minutes. Not much to do in the neighborhood of the hotel itself.

I've stayed at this hotel twice. I found it very noisy. The walls aren't very sound proof. You can hear people talking in the hall before they cross your door. Otherwise the room was clean. Room service would be nice, but ordering food for delivery from local restaurants wasn't so bad.
