Tripadvisor comments were accurate about being tired and run down, It was marginally clean. I was surprised when I saw a Krueg coffee maker...but it did not work. The elevator failed one evening for several hours. I wasn't sure if I was in a updated room since some items looked good but walls and carpet were repaired/installed by poor workmanship. The workmanship may be accepted by the management. Windows in front lobby entrance havn't been cleaned for awhile. I would not stay here again.

- Stayed December 4th, 2017 - Used as Park & Fly and stayed the night before a 7 day trip - $40 for 8 Day Park& Fly Service - Booking in Was Fast & accommodated Fridge request - Any Floor 5 and above includes refrigerator - Had used this hotel 2 years ago and seen that the rooms had been upgraded with more modern decor - Shuttle service was excellent and timely - Automated wake up Service was perfect - Keurig Coffee in Room was nice to start the day - Many Varieties - Downstairs Van Houtte Coffee Machine was nice for 2nd Cup - Maybe Not For Those expecting Lavish but I doubt you could find better for the price - Will definitely use again

We have stayed at this hotel many times. We stayed with the park and fly rate this time. Our vehicle was safe for the 2 weeks it was parked there. Airport shuttle was on time. The hotel is now under renovation. The renovated rooms are very nice and a great improvement. Staff are friendly. Woodbine Casino across the street as well as a mall. There is a decent restaurant on site. Breakfast is not included. Coffee and tea available all the time in the lobby. There is a business center if you need to print a boarding pass. Internet worked fine. My only complaint is that pool and hot tub are closed. Hot tub has been out of order for my last 4 stays. Not sure if it is permanent or not. Even when it was working in the past it was only lukewarm. I would stay here again if the price was right.

What can one say about a tired hotel? A good rate for a Toronto stay but the room was clean and NO bed bugs which is a plus in my book. While making sure there was no issue with bed bugs found there window screen between the mattresses, you are welcome Comfort. Missing wall paper, writing on the wall and scuff marks on the wall. Oh and next door playing music through the walls as I write this review. It’s 3am........ Cheers.

I have stayed at this hotel many times when flying out of Toronto. I have always found the rooms in good condition and clean. All amineties are in the room. They are currently under going renovations and hopefully the lobby area and elevators will be included as when you walk into the place you think o my what is this place like, never the less the rooms are good and the shuttle is good,

Clean comfortable place to stay when travelling by air. We have stayed here a number of times as an overnight stop and place to leave our vehicle when flying out of Pearson Airport on vacation, taking advantage of their park and fly option, but the price has been going up in leaps and bounds the last few times so may have to reconsider staying here next time. It offers free airport shuttle and has a decent pool and an attached restaurant, although we usually prefer dining elsewhere.

We were heading back home from a Toronto hockey game, stopped at woodbine casino and won a bunch of money, it was about 3pm and we decided to stay over night, this was the first hotel we could see from the casink, and knew we were heading back later for the horse races, so it was nice and close. I called, the lady was very friendly and efficient booking our room, however I asked for a King bed but I'm pretty sure it was a Queen,no big deal, room was newly renovated, provided kurig coffee or tea in room, and outside the elevator on main floor. Pool was a refreshing warm nice for this time of hear, but hot tub jets weren't working however the water in hot tub was nice and hot. The heater worked well in the room, everything was clean, there was even a toonie on the night stand for some reason, we replaced it with two loonies and a quarter lol. We enjoyed our stay on the penthouse floor, room was cozy, tv worked great, friendly people at the counter, would say here again

Stayed here for one night heading out of town. Not much to say about it really. Decent location to the airport, far enough away that aircraft don't really wake you. To make sure its even quieter choose a room on the east side. The room we had was in need of a renovation (which the hotel is currently going thru). I mean for the price we paid and got to park for two days while we were on our trip i can't complain. Shuttle to the airport included. This hotel is more purpose, not pleasure.

We were only staying over night prior to catching a flight to Punta Cana, and this hotel was booked by our travel agent. (We've since let our agent know that this hotel should not be utilized in our opinion.) The hotel didn't have rats or anything, but the building and the rooms were falling apart. Missing ceiling tiles, water stains, crumbling walls, missing trim, ect. We didn't use the pool but seen it and it looked like something you would expect to find in a 1 star hotel in Haiti. (If there was even such a thing) The staff were accommodating and the restaurant staff were excellent - and food was surprisingly great. There were no issues with check-in etc, but the building itself was awful. I would not recommend staying here unless you have no other choice. It's cheap, but you get what you pay for. I'm not a very fussy person when it comes to traveling; and I'm usually happy with whatever's presented to me, but this place has been left too long and is in desperate need of repair.

The hotel itself looks a little run down but it is clean and the staff are friendly. I arrived at 2:15, 45 minutes before check in time, figuring the rooms probably weren't ready yet, which it wasn't, but the front desk clerk Schell said he could put us in a different king room that was ready which was more than accommodating. I was Hoping they would have a "sleep in Sunday" promotion like other choice hotels, but they do not. Over all it was a great place to hang our hats after a long night at Haloween Haunt.
