The place was beautiful! we stayed with our daughter and our 2 grandchildren. the accomendations were very homey and comfy. We only got the use of the pool once, but only due to the cooler weather, the kids loved it. The host was very quick to reply to and questions we had.

House was nice, kids loved the pool table. Beds very comfortable lots of options from soft to hard for the mattresses. Pool area is a little overgrown and buggy, but it’s middle of summer so understandable. Nice area in Newmarket and convenient driving to restaurants and shopping. Host was responsive and helpful.

Very clean property in a nice neighborhood. I don't recommend staying here with a small child as the bedrooms are all upstairs and accessed via an open back spiral staircase. We were all adults, so it was ok. Overall, a good experience.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
The house itself was clean and mostly well appointed. There was no place to hang towels in the bathrooms. There wasn't enough towels. The fridge was either broken or did not function properly. It was tricky to close properly. The reason we rented this property was the pictures of the pool and outdoor space. The pics were old and outdated. The yard was over grown with weeds. The pool itself was clean but there were many bugs at the bottom. The furniture was broken and moldy. The bbq was disgusting. The worst part was the lower part of the home is a separate rental with large windows overlooking the pool. "With VRBO you get the whole house"?? I have many mor pics to share.
