The receptionist could have been more energized- I didn't see anyone when I came in and waited a bit then saw the top of her head below the counter and leaned over to get her attention. Upon leaving - different receptionist. Probably would not have said anything if I didn't say goodbye. The coffee room was pretty disheveled. Was there supposed to be a continental breakfast? I saw a bag of chocolate eggs and a left over cup of coffee on the table so didn't think so. Would be quite a lovely hotel with attention to detail and more pleasant staff.
