A warm welcome

We enjoyed our 3 night stay very much. We loved going down to the pool and Spa in out bathrobes, although it was a little odd having to walk the whole length of the bar. Never had to do that before. The staff were very friendly. The food mostly good, just one problem on the first night when there was not enough sauce, which meant the food was rather dry and difficult to swallow. I was offered an alternative sauce immediately. The room was lovely and clean and kept warm with the use of an oil fired radiadtor. We were there in January and the weather was quite cold. We would stay there again.

A comfortable stay. Some minor cleanliness issues in the room. Communal bar area is nice. Had a great visit to the gym and pool. Hotel quite noisy at night - we were woken at 2am by loud guests returning to their rooms. Good location for Rock City, Theatre and city shops.

Very nice hotel! Good spa area and couldn’t fault the breakfast, so much choice! Everywhere spotlessly clean and the staff very friendly and efficient.

It is a nice hotel, breakfast options were very good and the staff were all friendly and helpful. There was an issue with noise from a nightclub behind our room but the staff dealt with it without question.
