Having secure parking so close to the city centre was a real boon. Whilst the apartment was spacious, I'm sorry to say, it was unfortunately, also let down in a couple of key areas. The kitchen was poorly equipped and a little tired, however that paled into insignificance compared to the 'poundland' bed, the likes of which I have not needed to endure since staying in a poorer area of France some 30 years ago! I have not missed that role together lumpy hammock feeling one little bit.

The location is excellent if you want to explore downtown Nottingham on foot. Shops, restaurants, and pubs are all within easy walking distance. There was some evening noise from nearby pub patrons, but the convenience of the location more than made up for it.The parking space and garage are suitable for a small vehicle, and access to the garage is straightforward.Although the listing states that a dryer is available, there is no drying machine. A drying rack is provided instead.The shower water temperature can be inconsistent at first, starting cold and then becoming extremely hot. If you let the water run for a short time, it eventually settles at a comfortable temperature.Overall, the unit is clean and well-equipped, with sufficient kitchenware for cooking and dining. We enjoyed our stay and would happily rent this property again.
