Great hotel and location. Bar at the lobby is very charming and elegant, drinks were very good. Stáff for the breakfast was insuficient for all the tables and the service was not good.

Good location. Close by convenient parking. 18euro per 24 hours. Large room. Chose it for reviews about excellent staff. Was disappointed. No one was there at the front desk when we went to check-in. The phone was ringing and ringing. Eventually we flagged someone down. She was fine, not apologetic but okay. Next morning front desk reception person was super friendly, warm, genuine, and helpful. For the price, double other hotels, will look elsewhere next time.

Located on a a very hilly part of Toledo, this hotel was stunning. It was extremely clean, air conditioning was perfect given the hot July temps, and the rooms were very spacious! The staff could’ve been friendlier but we still enjoyed our stay as a family. Would definitely return!
