Hotel Isabell is in the perfect central location, walking distance from all of old town Toledo’s attractions, with the Toledo cathedral, the most awe inspiring Gothic cathedral you’ll ever see. The hotel it itself was in a historic building, and the courtyard was lovely, the room large, and best of all the beds were the most comfortable we had on our two week trip around Spain. The room was dark and quiet and comfortable, and we loved it! We did need to ask for a kettle from the front desk to have morning coffee because we’re early risers and the front desk staff were very accommodating. Caution! Driving to the hotel on the narrow cobblestone streets with brick buildings on both sides with very little clearance is required.

Great location, our room had a beautiful balcony, clean and very comfortable. The staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Toledo.

The place is okay, a bit overrated in my opinion. I went for breakfast a few minutes before 11 and the lady was not happy about it since she was having breakfast with the rest of the staff. I asked if it was closed and she didn’t respond, then I asked for a coffee and she made it but with a bad attitude. Also the machines only take coins and they don’t sell drinks otherwise. The AC is an old machine in the room and it’s very loud.

Loved the hotel and the views from the rooftop ter

This hotel is a gem. It was previously a Palazzo and it still retains its charm. I was encouraged when I checked in, to visit the rooftop terrace and the views by day and as the evening progressed into night will love on with me. Very special and everyone there was very friendly, partly because the view was so good. My room was comfortable and breakfast was tasty. There's a BB it of up and down to reach the hotel, but that's Toledo. It was one of the highlights of my holiday in Spain.
