Totally excellent experience! Check in was easy very efficient reception staff. Made dinner reservations at a wonderful restaurant just steps away. An amazing breakfast buffet in a lovely spacious room. Comfortable very clean room. A lovely place great location.

Great location and parking - which was a significant plus.

The hotel is in the middle of historical Toledo and it fits right in. Awesome building, stone, windows, wood beams, trusses in the room. Fixtures, bed, bathroom updated with latest designs. Staff was very friendly and helpful and comped my wine. Awesome!

Great rooms with special design and architectural elements. We were delightfully surprised that our room included an outdoor patio. The breakfast was a great opportunity to sample local foods. Wish we stayed longer and would definitely stay here again on the next trip to Toledo.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Everything would have been perfect if the floor had not been painted (Varnish), it was even sticky and smelled intensely of varnish. We asked for another room and since it was holy week the hotel was full and they could not change our room. The first night was terrible, then it got better. Quite noisy since the room was in front of the lift. Had it not been for this inconvenience our stay in Toledo would have been perfect

Enjoyed being so close to the El Greco museum and other SW Toledo sites.

The room was beautiful and the staff was outstanding offering us a great deal of help with traveling logistics. We couldn't find a fan option on the heater/air conditioner so we had to leave the window open which was a little noisy. We had one of the best breakfasts of our lives there. Fantastic! And then our last morning had time to explore the El Greco museum since it was right next door. Wonderful place in a wonderful city!

Overall absolutely fantastic stay but horrible pillows.

I have been in Toledo many times, but this one I enjoyed the city at the most because the hotel is very well located in front of the El Greco Museum, few steps from the Sephardi Museum and walking distance for the more important places to visit in this wonderful magical city. The staff was extremely polite; they had concerns about our staying. We had a little problem with bathroom at midnight and they solved it immediately.

Nice hotel. It was close to a small shade de park where one can see a nice view of the countryside.

Great all the way around, clean location and staff

This hotel was very basic, but so charming. It is right in the heart of the old town and you can easily walk to all the major historic sites in Toledo.

A really sweet restored 17th century bakery. Funky details, like exposed stone, brick and beams. Artfully combines the antique charm with hip design and modern luxuries. Very friendly and helpful staff. Extremely well located, right next to the El Greco museum. Nice touches, like providing guests with marzipan (it was invented in Toledo). Our room was quite small, but felt more snug than cramped.

Pintor el Greco is wondefully located and our room was fabulous. Large, modern and with a bathroom bitter than most which included a large whirlpool with room for two, double sinks and a separate shower. The only negative would be the lack of a view and it was somewhat dark. And, the only internet access, in the lobby, did not work but that was probably a good thing. The only reason we downgraded housekeeping was there was some granules of sand or something on the floor which I am sure they took care of for the next visitors as we were only there one night. The breakfast room looked very nice but we did not try it.

Excellent

Very interesting hotel. It mixes modern touches with an antique, rustic feel in very creative ways. Stone walls. Modern TV, bathrooms, and amenities. Breakfast was great (and free with [...]). Location is tucked into the back of Toledo--it's a small and hard-to-walk town--but location was as good as any. A memorable stay and a great value.

The hotel was really nice, and at a very good location in downtown Toledo. The hotel staff was also very helpful and provided us with a lot of information on local restaurants and activities.

Very helpful staff, room was clean and inviting. Location was excellent, within walking distance to catherdal and other main attractions.

During our 2 1/2 week trip to Spain, this was by far the best value. Very comfortable, large rooms, huge bathrooms, great A/C and a great location. If we ever go back to Toledo (which I hope we do), we'll stay here. Really one of the highlights of the trip.
