Our stay in the hotel was wonderful. Great location...very close to shopping malls, restos, and train stations. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The two (2) rooms given to us were small though...typical of most hotel rooms in Tokyo area.
Great location 2 minutes away from the large pedestrian crossing in Shibuya. Rooms are pretty small, but it’s manageable. If you are looking for a place to stay with a great location, this is it. A good bargain overall.
pls do something about your airconditioning system asap. i have asthma that's why i'm hesitant staying in your hotel. I'm expecting for the rooms to be clean dust free and organize. i'm trying to reach out tru your hotel customer service but failed to align. thank you
A nice hotel close to subway and shibuya crossing. Close to shopping and everything. Hotel is clean. Friendly staff. Very small but clean rooms. But i will surely stay there again because of the location.
The highlight of this hotel was the fantastic location, subway exit about 20m away, family mart just down the road and very close the shibuya main station. Breakfast was excellent. The only negatives were no elevator to get to the lobby which was tricky with a pushchair and lots of suitcases, no air conditioning in the room only heater so our room was very hot and wifi was slow in our room but fast in my parents room next door. Really appreciated the wonderful service, thank you to all the staff who were so friendly and helpful.
It was the first time I went to Tokyo, and I booked this hotel. Like any other hotels in Japan, the rooms were quite small. However, I didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel, just to take a sleep, so it was not a big deal. The room was clean which is the most important factor to me, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was quite tasty, but not as diverse as I had expected. Also, there are many drugstores, shops nearby, it is convenient to go anywhere from here. So, in general, it was good experience.
My 2nd time in tokyo rei hotel. I will always choose tokyo rei hotel in tokyo!!! Easy access in everything, small room yes but its clean and neat. Unfortunately they can’t adjust the temperature of their heater its too hot and when you open the window it’s noisy you can hear the noise outside and they still have a slow wifi connection :( but still i so love shibuya tokyo rei . Thank you for having us to celebrate holidays ❤️
This is a great hotel if you are a tourist in Tokyo. It is in the center of everything and with the great metro system, all destinations are just a hop away. The rooms are small, as to be expected in Tokyo, but they are clean and comfortable. We got some of the best sleep on our trip at this hotel. The only negative in my opinion was breakfast. They had some western options, like scrambled eggs, however they were basically liquid and not cooked well.
What an amazing small hotel which is across the street from the Shibya Station. It is right next to BIC Camera, a store which sells everything. We were welcome to this hotel by their wonderful staff. The rooms were small but we expected that. Rooms and bathroom were very clean with crisp white linen. We had the most delicious breakfast buffet each morning. There were western selections as well as Japanese selections. When you walk in you are welcomed by a fresh squeezed seasonal fruit juice. The restaurant also offers seasonal delicacies that was so delicious. At check out we were helped by one of the most cheerful front desk attendants. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality which made our stay in Tokyo so memorable. I highly recommend this hotel.
I stayed in a twin room for one night and there is no getting away from the fact that it's small. The walkways are just wide enough for one person to pass through and a place to put large luggage isn't obvious. Walls are a tad thin too. That said, if you arrive with just the clothes on your back, it has all the toiletries you'd need, a nightshirt and phone chargers for both beds. Sleep was very comfortable, so while it isn't a room you'd spend a lot of time in by choice, it's very nice place to return to at the end of a long day. Service staff were helpful and breakfast choices were a good mix of local and Western. Check-out is early at 10 am but if you sign up as a member for free, you can request to stay until noon.
